Mainland Britain's most southerly inn located in the heart of The Lizard village. A wonderful place to eat, drink and stay with a traditional Cornish bar and restaurant, serving homemade food and local fish and seafood dishes. The Inn boasts 8 stylish and comfortable ensuite rooms, quietly located in a 3 storey accommodation building attached to the pub but with its own front door. The Inn is open all year round and has been owned by James and Donna Glosby since 2010 welcoming back guests time after time as so many guests love staying here.

Great food, a great atmosphere and a warm welcome from a friendly team, made our lunch at the Top House really fun and enjoyable.
Special mention goes to the Guiness which is just perfect and the Steak and Kidney pudding which was delicious!
Food served all day which is great if you want a later lunch. The roast was hot and tasty with plenty of veg and potatoes and a huge Yorkshire pudding. The pub is cosy and welcoming with friendly staff. This pub is a must if...More
Little restaurant area had lovely cosy atmosphere. Meal great. Very generous portions. Home made steak & kidney pudding & white & dark chocolate brownie dessert was amazing. Ice cream dessert also looked terrific. Staff friendly & welcoming. What’s not to like? Highly recommend!
Stayed here for one night when walking the SW coast-path, the room was comfortable with an excellent shower, but at £100 it was no better than other places in the area which were £75-£80.
The guest info book was interesting as it provided forensic details...More
Iz and I dropped in for a meal with Mum n Dad during our annual Cornish holiday.
Last year I commented that the service here was sharp on arrival but petered out thereafter. I am sorry to report that this year it was even worse....More
There are cafes and a hotel down at the Lizard point itself but its worth the walk up the road to find this place and the rest of the village. It’s a large comfortable place with well kept beer and decent food albeit they suffer...More
