I visited here with family for a birthday lunch and really enjoyed it. The food and service were both great. It is the perfect place for a classic pub meal I would definitely recommend visiting here.

I went in for lunch, stood at the bar waiting to be served and was ignored in favour of a larger party who had just arrived - didn’t even acknowledge me. Visit this area often so this pub is off the list whether alone or...More

3 night B&B stay in Kynance room specifically for proximity to Kynance Cove. Atmosphere much better than a visit to the Witchball. Staff and locals were a delight. Mussels were to die for.

Little restaurant area had lovely cosy atmosphere. Meal great. Very generous portions. Home made steak & kidney pudding & white & dark chocolate brownie dessert was amazing. Ice cream dessert also looked terrific. Staff friendly & welcoming. What’s not to like? Highly recommend!

Excellent food, especially as vegetarian. Service was friendly, efficient and with a smile. Very good quality ale, especially the local brands.

Stayed here for one night when walking the SW coast-path, the room was comfortable with an excellent shower, but at £100 it was no better than other places in the area which were £75-£80. The guest info book was interesting as it provided forensic details...More

There are cafes and a hotel down at the Lizard point itself but its worth the walk up the road to find this place and the rest of the village. It’s a large comfortable place with well kept beer and decent food albeit they suffer...More
