Stopped in here for lunch and it is a nice, simple, no frills place with friendly service and good food. The wings were great and there were 10 different sauces to choose from! good fried pickles, roast beef sandwich was unique and tasty, and Caesar...salad was good too. Also, nice and out of the way from the tourist hot spots! Got right in at lunchtime on the weekend during peak season.More

We were a group of 12, including 2 children. So imagine my surprise when every meal that came out was PERFECT. The waitress was great and encouraged us to make changes to the meals ordered so that we could have everything we wanted. The shrimp...was so good, every time my Son took his eyes off his plate we stole some.More

Sorry Karens. All corona protocols followed. All wore masks. Food and service were honestly very good. Cooked by someone who takes pride... Scallops were even done to perfection. Neat spot too - positioned at top of former ski hill. Has the ski lodge feel. For...what it's worth. We're discerning (/impartial) enough, I believe, after living many years in NYC and now the NJ shore hip Asbury Park.More

Pennsylvania requirements for restaurants opening were not adhered to at all. Nobody wore masks or gloves. Temperatures of customers were not taken. Very scary to eat here given their lack of attention to this basic requirement.

We had a three hour wait at the DMV and I remembered several people had recommended KC Pepper. It's less that a mile from the DMV, but in a totally different atmosphere, on a country road with only a few well spaced houses and no...other businesses. Our burgers came with homemade fries. The waitress was lovely and while not prompt, she didn't make us wait either. We will come again.More

We waited for 20 minutes and another table came in and got service right away . The waitress walked past us at least twice . We walked out and will never return. Very disappointed.

Went there this week and if you like to wait 2 hours for a simple mushroom cheeseburger, then this is a place for you. Good thing we ordered some nachos and stuff for appetizers. Not the only party that had to wait for over an...hour either. WILL NEVER GO BACK. $5 for a bottle of beer.. comon'. All the meals took over 1 1/2 hours to arrive. I guess they had to cut more firewood for the grill. If you have a peanut allergy or can't eat seafood, think twice before going. Terrible.More

Excellent food at reasonable prices!! Servtce was quick and we were not rushed at all. It is a smaller venue but it has a homey atmosphere.

Visited on a Tuesday night, as all of our other favorite establishments were somehow closed. We ordered some beers at the bar, then sat down at a hightop table. About 20 minutes passed by without any server at all stopping to see if we would...want menus (we did). So we took matters into our own hands and got the attention of the bartender. Our first server- who knows if it was his first day, who knows what the story was- gave us our menus, stumbled through explaining specials and then disappeared for about 15 more minutes before telling us the "restaurant was really busy" and another server would handle our orders. In fact, the restaurarant was maybe at 30% capactiy, though they did seem short staffed for the 6 or so tables eating dinner. We finally got our orders in, including apps. It was probably at least 45 minutes from that point before we got our apps. Thankfully, they were good. After we finished those off, our server occastionally came by to see if dishes needed clearing. After another 20 or so plus minutes, we finally got our orders. 3 burgers and one dinner special- nothing out of the ordinary at all. The burgers were good, but I would be remiss in saying service was on par. All said and done, over 2 hours for dinner and 1 round of drinks. I have no intention of returning until they fix their service, holy cow was it slow.More

My wife and I recently had dinner here. She had the Gorgonzola Burger which was very good. I had wings and the french onion soup. One of the best french onion soups I ever had. We would come back.
