Hi Deanna. Debbie is spot on:) 7 Devils is our first local brewery. It is a must see! It's safe, Cozy and a nice selection of local micro brew and a snack menu with a couple of sandwiches. They also have a fire pit in the front and super friendly invironment. There is also Walt's Pourhouse. It is a full bar with 18 tap handles, huge menu with local food, outside dining area, Giant Jenga, Pool, Shuffle board, sports T'V.'s everywhere and amazing cocktails. I love it! Hill Top is expensive and a bit out of the way but the view is really great. Coney Station is... a relaxed hang out and wait staff is AWESOME but the food isn't great. If you can make it out to Coach House that man can really grill! And the outside seating is amazing. Tokyo Bistro has the best seafood Sushi in the area! And if you have time you should go out to sunset beach and check out the trails and the beautiful garden just beyond. There is entire history written of the house that use to sit there it's an incredible view and a potential quick little hike if you choose. We have a great little town and most of us are friendly, I would say 45 out of 50 peopleI know would help someone if they neeeded it. Because of the other 5, I would not recommend walking the 101 after dark but yellow cab will take you anywhere you want to go in town for $7 They are individually owned by a Coos Bay Family and they are really great poeple. Good Luck! Have fun!
