Friendly service and tasty food with a place to sit out of the way. That’s about all you need. All the usual staples were there with a steady stream of locals buying their daily things. Always a good sign!
We grabbed some take away from this bakery and went across the road to eat in the park. The pies were delicious and the neenish tarts as expected. Good coffee and milk shakes and lovely friendly service.
Decent cottage pie, but no chunky steak options available. Pleasant eating room good for a snack to break up a drive. Kids were happy enough though.
Visited on a few occasions on a weekend getaway to Tenterfield. Pies were great - beaut pastry and tasty fillings. Coffee was ok with inside seating out of the cold. Girls had toasted sandwiches. Caramel banana tart a winner!
I found Tenterfield to be a charming town... it's just oozing personality … but I think we settled on the closest option for lunch. Lunch was pies with drinks. My uncle enjoyed his... I found mine to be just an average pie, but I will...More
Just purchased two plain pies which were so runny we literally could not eat!! After struggling to eat sitting on a bench in the street, discarded second half into the bin! Never done this before :-( Flavour ok; recipe needs tweaking!!
Located in the main street of Tenterfield the bakery has indoor seating. We enjoyed our meat pies and sausage rolls. The pies weren't too hot, being just right. The staff were friendly.
The bakery opens early and makes great coffee as well as really good pies. The staff are very friendly and have a lot of local knowledge about local attractions.
Nice place to grab a coffee and a cake. Service was good and a quiet place to sit in the room off the bakery. Located in the middle of town and parking is in the main street.
