Lovely little place, roof terrace garden, spaced out and a lovely sun trap. Good, friendly service, fair prices and a cream tea to die for - we couldn’t eat it all. Best egg mayo sandwiches ever, amazing home baked scones with plenty of cream and...jam. Amazing!More

I cant pretend we didnt choose this place for the name, but our two veggie breakfasts were perfect and filled us up great ahead of our kayaking trip. Interesting decor, great food. great price, a wonderful little cafe.

Sat on their Roof terrace and warm welcome for dog with a biscuit and Bowl of water was up there already. Food was good. Staff friendly. Place had theme but i didnt see any actual food with theme. alice in wonderland sticker on napkin. Saw...glass cabinet on entry with memorabilia.... Wonder if display only or items for sale?? Saw Some t shirts too on bottom shelf. A missed sale opportunity by not mentioning these items when taking food order if they were indeed available to purchase. I believe the management is quite new.i wish them all the best. They deserve it.More

Friendly service and reasonably priced. The cheese scones were good (not so much the accompanying onion relish) but fruit scones very disappointing. Rectangular slabs littered with small pieces glace cherries. I'd expect better for a tea shop staple. The theme decor felt a bit perfunctory.

The hamper that we had for our journey up north was huge with a good variety of food, it lasted us for 3 meals and was excellent value! Thanks for this Mel, it saved us using motorway food and paying motorway prices and was eaten...in a safe environment. Definitely a good option for travel food.More

Lyndhurst is one of my favourite places to go for a cream tea, we chose to go to this cute new place. Sadly the food was completely inedible and we had to refuse to pay. When I went to the counter to complain, I could...clearly see the Costco style shop bought Scones in it's packaging in the kitchen as well as a vat of Costco bought clotted cream. The scones were sadly warmed up in the microwave so significantly that they were doughy and inedible. The clotted cream melted on top.of the warm scone like butter and the jam was the style of jam you get from airplane food. A far cry from what you'd expect from a little tea house in the country. I really hope the owners take on this feedback and invest in some good quality local produce or work with a bakery for their cakes. I would not go back.More

Went on for tea/coffee and a bite to eat. No one came for order, so had to to counter and then gain their attention. Sausage in bap was "catering" sausage. Then confused them by asking for the bill, 4 items needed adding up twice on...a calculator by the young assistant Overall it filled a gap rather than was inspiring.More

Quirky little cafe. Reasonable menu, choice of cakes not as extensive as I had hoped for! Felt like minimal precautions in place with regard to COVID-19. Service a bit "random", e.g. didn't get plates to eat our afternoon tea from, no sauces for chips for...my daughter, bill was calculated incorrectly (undercharged - we pointed this out!). Really nice cappucino.More
