Not good this time. Had a kebab which was swimming in grease, the pitta was soaked in grease and inedible. The garlic bread was badly burnt and inedible. Chips tasted old. Usually go here quite a lot, but will rethink in the future.

Ordered a x large donner with chilli sauce what I got was small possibly a large donner which was cold the chilli sauce was a very dark colour and was definitely not the red colour of fresh chilli sauce will not be using this shop again very very dissatisfied

Just moved to the area and hoped that the food would be as good as Sanchos in Uckfield. It isn’t :-( The lamb was over cooked & tough, there weren’t any mushrooms, despite requesting garlic sauce on my kebab there wasn’t any. The chicken tasted ok and the chips were fine. At over £20 for a kebab and chips, given the poor quality won’t be using again.

Absolutely disgusting just avoided at all means

It was so disgusting we left all fo our food. It taste like they water down their sauces and it was so skank we didn't eat hardly anything. I was so willing to take it up there and dump the crap they gave us on their counter but it wife begged me not to cause a seen never again I have never felt ill from a kebab before until now. Please please avoid.

Did not get the chance to pay by either cash or card, as they took our order and then put the phone down without asking how we would like to pay. We also did not get a warning as to what time our order was due to arrive and did not like the attitude from the delivery driver either. Customer service was terrible and the attitude was unacceptable!!!

Absolutely terrible, kebab ok, can’t really go wrong, Shish doner I had 3.5 pieces of meat! Not returning, you pay quite a lot more for mixed meats, never again

Worst Doner I Have Ever Had In My Life

Worst doner kebab i have ever had in my life . The meat was dry and hard to swallow , chilli sauce was revolting. Waste of money. Gone down hill Never again

Worst experience everytime

Every time I order food from here it’s either burnt or under cooked .chips freezing cold and soggy chicken shish was cremated today and the pitta was so hard you couldn’t eat it everytime I ask for salad I don’t get what I asked for today I asked for tomatoes and didn’t even get a half of tomatoe .we had soggy wet burger buns and burnt burgers we tried to eat as much as we can because we didn’t want money to go to waste .as have told them before and got an attitude answer back won’t be ordering food from there again and the card machine never works either

Not worth the money

Ordered an extra large chicken kebab - not worth £13! Minimal salad and mayo and the chicken seemed the same as a normal size! Always fast delivery and drivers are lovely though! I was so Hangry and couldn’t find email to contact them - was too hangry to call! The picture I took ended up a blur 🤦🏻‍♀️

5 plus..excellent hot and very tasty food.ordering online absolutely no problems.ever have used this takeaway many times.always on time if not earlier than expected when delivered..cannot praise this takeaway high enough..well worth a try if u havent.we will continue as we have for many months.staff etc very friendly and helpful.as i said cannot thank them enough.

We have had many takeways.always delivered on time.hot and very tasty.no problems with ordering delivery driver always polite and friendly.so having read some of the reviews.i suggest they use the correct sancho's...there is absolutely nothing wrong with the food or staff...we will be ordering again...always friendly and polite.many thanks

Love this place but please get a loyalty scheme

We love sanchos- I am fully addicted to their chicken kebabs, wow! Just wish they would give more salad with it and also a loyalty scheme wouldn’t go a miss- I am a poor student and would love to order more (though I already do most weeks!!) thanks guys! Quick delivery too! (Ps I ordered a mixed salad to go with the kebab I put in photo, hence the amount of salad this time round!)!

Cold food when delivered .. rang restaurant and got told impossible cant be and nothing they would do so for that reason will not be recommending at all very poor service

I ordered my food and ordered 2 bottles of normal coke and they sent too bottles of Diet Coke none of my family drink that I rang up to correct them about this and he was rude and just decided to put the phone down and wouldn’t change it I really wouldn’t order from there! Hair in my food and the food was discusting
