Wonderful fun place for locals to enjoy a beer, a bite and some live music. We love Fish Heads. If you dont like a bar atmosphere outside then go to a tourist trap. This place is too good to be true. Well done Fish Heads,...More

I do not love beer. They have some wine and fake sake cocktails. Salty, way overseasoned happy hour shrimp. No other happy hour specials. Rude servers. Have fun. I sure did not.

This seems to be a fun spot for nightly entertainment and cocktails and food on the water in Nag’s Head. We enjoyed a night of music, brews and bar type food (limited menu). The food was good (Pulled pork sandwich and grilled chicken sandwich) and...More

This has become one of our favorite places to go when we are in South Nags Head. We stay less than 1/4 mile from the pier so we can walk down and back. This is great when we go down at night to have drinks...More

Went there on Saturday. It was very crowded due to the rain. Never had to wait for a beer. Brandi is the best bartender on the beach.

This is a bar with food not a restraunt. Its also a gift shop. There is no reason this should be so highly rated. Its very dirty.

Went several times as our rental home was 600 ft from pier. Good food (nothing fancy). Great selections of beer. Fabulous service....at a table and at the bar!

this is one of our favorite spots to hang out and enjoy the sights and a cold beer. Their beer selection is great and we love soaking in the sights and sounds here. Highly recommend for lunch or to kill some time relaxing.

No, I don't believe you can. They are allowed on the beach though and there is a picnic table on the right before you walk into Fish Heads that people have gotten carry out and sat and ate with their dogs there.
