Service was very slow. Food wasn't that good for the price. Was asked if we wanted more bread which we said yes, just never got it. Asked for ice team, never came.

Excellent food, excellent service. The only place I eat when I'm at Cherokee. Steve, Colleen, Nikki, Bobbie Sue...the best. Try the gorgonzola beef medallions!

Two of the servers at the bar were just blunt and less than friendly. We were a party of 3 and because of them so unprofessional, we left and didn’t spend a dime. I would explain further, but it would not be allowed here. I...understand now why so many locations of Brio’s is closing! I will Never go back!!!More

Wow …Bobbi Sue and Steven are just horrible…. Bad attitude and service… Business goes where it is invited and stays where it is treated well…. So we left… I understand why Brio is closing in so many places.

Terrible policies! Tried to order a beer with a high end sipping tequila and was refused? Really? This is a casino. People drink, responsibly. But not at Brios. We didn’t stay due to the stupid, contradictory policy and rude bartender. I bet they will close...their doors before our next trip to Cherokee. Very disappointing indeed.More

My wife and I were greeted by very friendly staff and immediately seated to our table. Our friendly waitress greeted us within minutes and introduced herself. She took our beverage order, returned with our drinks, then took our food order. My coffee was luke warm...and I had to request a fresh, hot cup of coffee. She also had to get me cream, which she forgot. I ordered a Caesar Salad which was crisp and delicious. My entree was Fettuccini Alfredo, which was served immediately after we finished eating our salads. The fettuccini was sort of dry and clumped together and served atop the Alfredo Sauce. The sauce was too salty, and I could only eat half of the pasta and took the rest home with me. I was very disappointed with my coffee and pasta and would choose a different restaurant in the future.More

Had the fried eggplant quartered, shrimped and sauced ala Indian spiced masala. Followed with linguini, shrimp and lobster bits in a nice tomato cream gravy. Do NOT skip the fresh bread and butter.

We visited for the day on a Monday. It wasn't very crowded, which is what we were looking for. We had gambled and was ready for a snack. We have not visited since 2018 and there have been changes. We sat at the bar, which...is always nice. We wanted to order the Bruschetta. Not on the menu any longer. Disappointing. We then ordered the Sausage & Pepperoni Flatbread. No flatbread. So then we ordered the Spinach & Artichoke Dip. It usually comes with flatbread but they gave us chips instead. The dip was fantastic! Our server said that our disappointment was due to staff shortage. Can't get people to work. Overall, disappointing, but will return.More

visited August 19th, 2021, no crowds, casino not crowded. Some shops closed in afternoon. Ribeye was $40. Bread did not taste exactly like it was supposed to, not sure if the oven was old or old bread, i found the smell different from other restaurants,...however, my wife liked the bread. Great service and fast. Had pasta brio for $19. Bill was over$70 with tip. I guess everyone is trying to recoup all the lost money from covid. Masks are required in the casino and entering the restaurants. Not many places to eat a decent meal in the casino, bad reviews on some of the restaurants, always do your research.More

Occasionally when I stay at Cherokee, I eat at Brio. The flavor everything I've eaten is on point and the service is great. However, rarely is anything I've been served hot. I have sent almost every meal back to be re-heated. I am not sure...what happens between it hitting the plate and being served, but tepid is an accurate description. Last night I ordered the pepperoni sausage flat bread to go. The box was warm, and I checked the contents immediately outside the restaurant (which is indoors). The oil from the cheese on the flatbread had already begun to set.and the sauce itself was drying. I didn't send back because quite frankly, I was starving and the flavor was good. Similarly, two months ago I ordered the mushroom ravioli and added grilled chicken. When it was delivered to the table, neither the ravioli nor the dish in which it was served was warmed. I asked the wait person to take it back and have it heated, even if it meant putting it in a microwave. It came back piping hot and again the flavor was delicious. I recommend Brio with a just bit of hesitation, because the flavor of the food is quite good. Just be sure to ask your waitperson to have the plate heated and food served piping hot.More
