Recently took advantage of the Captain Bill's sightseeing cruise and enjoyed a very peaceful and interesting ride. Seneca lake is beautiful and the staff were very knowledgable of its history.

The Saturday dinner cruise was cancelled due to inclement weather so we took the Sunday luncheon cruise which was lovely. The food was very enjoyable and the service attentive. Everyone we encountered on the crew was friendly and kept thanking us for taking the cruise....We had lived in the area many years ago so it was a trip back in time for us. Be sure to go out on the open deck for a bit.More

The Thursday night Country dinner cruise was great! Harry was a great entertainer. Our server Vivian was great. The food was enjoyable and it was a great relaxing way to see the lake.

This was a lovely diversion from the wineries on Seneca Lake (although we love them). We learned several things about the area we never knew despite our many trips here (Salt mines). Our young guides were very informative; our captain was very experienced. It was...90 degrees the June morning we visited, so I recommend the early cruises.More

I gave this company a 2 star review not because of the boat or the crew but because there is not much to see on this boat ride. The most interesting information was about a salt factory along the ride. However, the staff was pleasant...and they tried to make it an interesting ride. Unfortunately the area does not warrant it. Sorry Captain Bills. However, if you want to just take a short ride on the water, it achieves this.More

Had a nice lunch and dinner with friends. Accommodated gluten-free guest. Nice atmosphere. Overlooking lake. Definitely a place not to miss while in Watkins Glen.

I thought this was going to be a tourist trap with poor food. I had a blast. We did the country music night and had a great time. With the Covid quarantine I hadn’t seen a live band in 5 months. I really enjoyed myself....I almost forgot how much fun a live singer is. The singer was great and got the crowd going. The food was ok. Pretty much what you would expect. But the boat ride and the singer were amazing. The view was incredible. Well worth it. Make reservations early it sells out.More

Family of seven, glad we did the ride, very pleasant couple hours on the lake, sailed a few miles north on the lake and turned around. Food was average, sorry to say. The surf part of the surf and turf was scallops in a cream...of mushroom sauce, which we all thought was strange. I had the eggplant rollatini which was edible but forgettable (My wife said I should have went with the prime rib). We ate on the top covered deck but there was an air conditioned lower deck available. Glad we did it but once was enough for $69.99 per person (alcohol drinks extra).More

I booked the Friday night dinner cruise 2 days in advance at the Seneca Harbor Station. I specified outdoor seating on the upper deck and was fortunate to get a table up there. Everything appeared to be COVID 19 compliant. Our server was attentive. Our...meals, both prime ribs, were cooked to order. Mine rare, my wife's, well done. Drinks were refreshing. The occasional narrative of the area by the vessel's captain was interesting. The lake was calm and the weather clear, which made for a beautiful evening on the water. It was a very relaxing 2-1/2 hours and something I would do again if I ever have the good fortune to return to the area.More
