Top notch service and excellent food. Five of us went here for dinner last night. Four of us had short ribs which I think is the best item on the menu as they were fork tender and succulent. We had binets for desert which were excellent and one person had a piece of 17 layer chocolate cake which was superb as well. I have been to this restaurant several times and food and service is consistently outstanding. Make a reservation especially on week-ends!

I had a fantastic dining experience in a recent visit (Sat 11/21/2020) while on a date night with my wife.
We dined at the bar. Drinks were delicious, appetizers were great and everything about the dinner and service absolutely hit the spot.
For appetizers we had Oysters Rockerfeller, Baked Brie and Escargot.
Then we split the Grilled Wedge Salad, very flavorful with the grill taste and the dressing was great too.
For entrees we had a Petite Filet and Short Rib. Both were cooked to perfection and came with delicious sides. My Short Rib was very meaty and my wife's filet was cooked perfectly medium.
I highly recommend a visit to this restaurant

Webster’s totally delivered the night we visited. From the moment we entered the staff was caring and attentive. Our server ensured that water glasses were never empty, watched over our party of six and showed good knowledge of the menu. Cocktails were expertly crafted, salads and soups were fresh, main courses were excellent. Filet and Strip Steak prepared to order. Lamb was tasty. Chicken francaise was tender. All deserts were amazing. Definitely adding Webster’s to our list.

We’ve always chose to go to Webster’s each year for our anniversary. This year was very disappointing for what they charge. The drinks were great the service was well below what we have received in previous years. We waited forever for everything and there were other waitresses that had as many tables and upon watching them were exceptional. Ordered prime rib and the meal came out cold. They reheated the food but honestly for $36 it should of been remade. I sat while and waited while everyone else ate. We were there quit some time before being offered bread. When they brought the meal they never offered bread again and ha to ask for bread. Desserts were getting ready to come out and the waitress asked if we wanted anything more to drink and we told her the French press we ordered. She forgot the French press. Had my heart set on the chocolate mocha cake and you had none left. The other chocolate cake the last piece was gone very disappointing. Gave the waitress the number for the Webster rewards and she couldn’t pull it up. She said they changed the program and she wasn’t sure what the program was and didn’t believe they were doing the points right now. What was more irritating was the waitress at the table next to us brought her table cards to fill out for the rewards and seemed to know more of what was going on there. It was funny how everything came out slow but when it was time for the check that came out lighting fast. The food varied in quality from the past. The prime rib was okay but seemed fibery to chew. The meal and experience was definitely not worth $235.44 . Didn’t seem to have any management precense.

We were visiting family in the area and went to dinner here. It’s in a nice part of town that’s fun to explore.
Our experience was average. The interior is nice and the menu offered a nice selection of dishes that appealed to a range of tastes, which made it a good option for enjoying with family. The food was hit-and-miss; appetizers were generally better than main dishes, and we felt many of the dishes were “overdone”—i.e., too many ingredients or stuff added to just make them seem fancier. Cocktails were well-presented; the wine list was fine, but nothing special. Service throughout the meal was fairly slow—polite, but not excellent. Overall, we felt it was a little expensive for the food + service experience, but certainly not terrible as an establishment.

Our go to restaurant in North Tonawanda is Webster's Bistro. Not only were we look after personally by the owner Barb, we were again treated to the most outstanding food in WNY. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many restaurants opened patio seating to allow for more patrons to visit and Webster's has an outstanding patio to enjoy their culinary delights.

We who frequently visit Webster's Bistro know they are fabulous for fine French Cuisine and atmosphere. Just yesterday, I visited them to experience their Friday Fish Fry and they didn't disappoint. This was the very best fish fry of many offered in WNY and the fish fry freshness and taste were the very best. Of course, if others aren't into the fish, they offer a full menu of their best entrees.

Important that all future diners understand what you’re getting into before you eat here…sitting down in a beautiful restaurant with fantastic staff, you expect some thing special. My wife and I had to send the waitress ‘away’ twice, very frustrating…why? We spend 20 minutes trying to figure out which of the 13 entrees to order. Usually most restaurants there are 2 or 3 items that catch your eye. This place has 10+ SOLID dinners. We ran into the ‘everything is good’ from our waitress. She was right…thankfully this restaurant is 6 hours from where we live otherwise we would be eating there every week. Don’t make the same mistake as us and do some menu research before you take on this challenge. Diners beware. 😉

Very good choice. Make reservations. The outdoor patio is nice and warm. Nice selection on menu. The pork chop was so good that I thought my friend might lick the plate. The service is great. Next time in Buffalo hope to go back.

Several items on Holiday menu were beyond good. Every item was yummy but the stuffed Mushrooms and quiche were so delicious that I can’t wait to have them again. My thanks to everyone who worked so hard at Webster’s to prepare and deliver curbside this fabulous holiday meal. I must also mention the French onion soup and the coconut cake. Both made me so happy!

This was our 1st visit after longing to try it sooner.
We were greeted by a friendly hostess who sat us near the front window & providing ample light as the back of the house is more ambient lit.
Our waitress Amy was delightful from start to finish. She provided us with a complimentary glass of champagne for our BD celebration.
The escargot, salmon & shrimp cakes & salads all were delicious & enjoyable. Entrees of salmon wellington & scallops with squid ink risotto were very tasty & satisfying. The veal chop & duck breast entrees were good except both were more on the rare side opposed to med-rare.
However, this will not deter us from returning & trying some additional offerings.

Our first visit definitely won’t be our last. We loved everything about this place. The wait staff were very professional. Menu selections were very diverse. We tried several appetizers entrees and a desert and they were delicious. The wine and cocktail selections were very good. Prices were slightly on the higher end but you definitely had a fine dining experience and it was worth the cost.

Second time we have visited. First time we both got salmon which was overcooked and dry. Second time the chicken add on to the beet salad was overcooked and dry. Other 3 meals were very good. When time is limited due to attending a show at the Riv, you don’t have time to send back and ask for a recook.

We went to Webster’s on a Friday night and sat at the cozy bar for our delicious dinner. I started with a beautiful cocktail, an Aviator and I had a Frenched Chicken Breast stuffed with boursin cheese, served with broccolini, cavatelli in a delicious pasta sauce. My husband had their legendary French onion soup. Everything was perfect and the service was outstanding. It is our absolute favorite place to have a delicious, innovative meal with a staff of wonderful people in a beautiful atmosphere. Don’t hesitate to make a reservation.

I went on Wednesday night which is grill night a 3 course dinner for $40 and a fantastic selection on $20 bottles of wine. There’s always some type of event or promotion going on which always makes me want to go back. However this time I had an array of appetizers because they had just added more to the menu and I wanted to try them all. The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Honestly I feel that it’s one of the best restaurants in the area. I’m never disappointed.
