Came for a late lunch. Service very slow but the food was worth the wait. Staff are friendly but shy. Decor is vibrant and interesting. The freshly made fruit drinks were lovely although could have done with a touch of ice to chill them. The...quarter chicken with wedges and the spinach and feta phyllo parcel were delicious.More

This is the kind of place that delivers a true south african experience. Chai tea was really good. Must try the beef wrap. Although it took 1 hour to get food, it was kind of worth the wait. Staff could also use some training to...be more interactive. I always believe that food tastes better with good service. Definitely worth dining at if you find yourself passing this way.More

What a terrible experience. We arrived to an empty restaurant 6 adults and 2 kids. It took two hours for breakfast to be served. What a shocker.

Wonderful to find a cafe serving health food, fresh juices, smoothies and good coffee. We loved the lentil patties and chakalaka and coconut cream smoothie. Friendly and swift service. They opened in August 2015 so are still new. Across the street from Steve's Pub. They...accept credit cards.More

Visited Cafe 167 with various family members during a visit to the glorious Eastern Cape in late December. Good food. Relaxed ambience. Great place for relaxing and watching life's passing show in Port St. Johns.

The menu is different from the usual fare, more interesting and varies from light to full meals. Atmosphere is informal and friendly. The staff are very nice.

Every day the food menu changes so each time we visited I got to taste something new. It's a great idea and better than seeing the same old menu every time you visit a cafe. There is always a vegetarian version of the dish-of-the-day which...is prepared with just as much love and attention as the meat option. Plus the homemade sauces and dressings are first class. Great selection of non-alcoholic drinks like fresh juices, herbal teas, good coffee, milkshakes, etc. I've only been a few times but on each occasion the staff were always friendly and super efficient.More
