Found this cabin like oasis on a road trip. The wooden structure and attached mini-post office makes for a typical small town road side stop. Nothing fancy, but a wonderful store-owner with a friendly manner and generous, tasty sandwiches.
The outdoor tables and delightful conversation...made for a restful stop.More
Had a fantastic pizza here after visiting the Museum at Bethel Woods! It's a small convenience store for local residents. They have some Woodstock themed gifts for sale inside, t-shirts, crafts, etc... And it's also a pizza parlor with a few tables to sit at...and eat. Well worth the stop and it is right near the Museum.More
Food is served deli style with a little platform of a few tables and chairs. Very reasonable prices and what we ordered was good, fried egg on a hard roll with cheese. There is a little gift shop with Woodstock memorabilia, some inexpensive but well-made...and handmade jewelry, t-shirts, purses, postcards, magnets Etc.More
We were going to Bethel Woods and were looking for recommendations for a place to eat. I found Woodstock Oasis in my search and knew immediately this was our place. Mark is very personable and knowledgeable. We felt welcome the minute we walked through the...door. The food was great and the atmosphere is second to none. Thank you for the wonderful conversation and food. We will be back!More
The best part about this store is the man that owns it. He has a font of information about Bethel Woods and Woodstock. He always has some nice items cheaper than the museum I bought a hobo bag from him for $25 and the museum...had it for $40. He also had some nice handmade jewelry. I bought a pair of earrings for $5.00. Great find !!More
