Top Experience

As always, in a word, just brilliant. Great food, great wine, superb setting and great hosts. The best in Dullstroom by far.

Mrs. Simpson's - Dullstroom.

Not a lot to say - excellent menu, great wine list, special ambiance, and outstanding service. We tried the rib-eye steak, and rabbit and whole mustard pie. The dishes were cooked to perfection, and the portions were ample. Definitely a benchmark establishment!

A Treat

Worst customer service

I tried to make a booking since 5 days ago. The owner promised to call me. No reply. I phoned the restourant a day before, and once again they promised to call me. Surely, they are not interested in more customers. I think it is...the worst customer service everMore

Good

Nice place

We had a nice dinner at Mrs Simpsons. The place is very nice and the waiters are very attentive. Menu is small, as the restaurant which gives a nice ambience. The price of food and drinks are a little over priced. Starters were very good,...desserts as well, we both had the Rib eye which was unfortunately a little overcooked. Best Mussels in Dullstroom !!!

A must see quirky restaurant. No trip to Dullstroom is complete without visiting MRS Simpson’s. The owners Steven & Brian truly have a personal connection with their customers, which is evident in their interactions. Attentive staff , always willing to go the extra mile. I...had mussels in a white wine garlic sauce , served with bread. Wow, just amazing !!More

Eclectic gem in Dullstroom!

Our first visit to this eclectic gem in Dullstroom was delightful. There is nothing better than personal service by the owners, friendly staff and excellent food. Highly recommended.

On the fence about this one

Very traditional, old favourite amongst us who know Dullstroom well and they will always be well supported. However, with the opening of some other lovely places, I think Mrs Simpson's needs to look at updating just a little. Our food was disappointing to be honest,...but the venue is always great and the owners very welcoming.More

Wonderful evening

Friendly service. Warm inviting atmosphere. Excellent selection of wines. Menu caters for all. Steak and trout was delicious. Will definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderfull evening

It’s always great to visit Mrs Simpson. Good value and hearty foods. Wines available from selection on display. Still the best in Dullstroom.
