We were first time visitors on holiday and didn’t know we should order at the counter. The waiter was extremely rude and unhelpful when I queried if we order with him or inside.

Visiting the Wild Oats farmers market in Sedgefield, we tried this coffee shop. Good selection, friendly and quick service! We enjoyed our caffeine kick with good Macchiato and cappuccino. I would propose you have to vist them when in Sedgefield

I often take friends to this lovely coffee shop for a delicious cup of (ground on the premises) coffee. The iced coffee is sensational. My difficulty comes when I have to decide between the freshly baked scones with jam and cream (be still my beating...heart), or the pretzel bun with mozzarella tomato and lettuce. These are no ordinary pretzels ! They are also baked freshly every day by Paolo and his team, so that when you get them delivered to your table, they're warm and soft, with a tantilizing nob of salt on the top of the bun ( just to excite your taste buds even more). Then of course you could choose from the vegan almond tart, chocolate cake, carrot cake, or any other delicacy they've decided to spoil their clientele with on that day. Don't think any more about whether you should go there or not. The answer is 'YES' I have one bit of advice. Go early if you want a scone, they sell out real quick.More

Great coffee and cakes and vibe. Service is exceptional. Need to get there early however as often they run out of the savoury goods.

When staying in Sedgefield on business, Slow Roasted Coffee is our morning meeting spot. The coffee is great - with lots of alternative mylk options. The food offerings are fantastic - make sure you get there early to have an almond croissant. The team behind...the counter are friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. I sat in the restaurant for a few hours working and was tempted by the delicious smells of cakes coming from the kitchen.More

I didn't see any sign to say that you have to place your order indide, but other people told us we had to go and place our own order. There was a very slow queue, and eventually we placed our order, but were not asked...where we were sitting. So the staff come out and go from table to table carrying the drinks etc, asking who ordered what. As there was a large group of people there, you would think that they would be a lot more organised in taking and serving orders. My tea was medium warm, but the gluten free cake made up for everything!!!More

Morning coffee lived up to their motto 'life is too short for bad coffee'. The roast their own blend, bake their own cakes and provide a quiet spot in the day. Went back a few times even though other options were available. If you want...a good cup of quality coffee, look no further.More

We stopped for coffee only on a trip on the Garden Route but the sweet smell of fresh baking scones was irresistible. Three of us chose the scones and coffee while my wife went for a roll and tea. My sister and her husband loved...their scones, jam and cream. I found mine a bit dry. My wife loved her roll. I took a bite and wished I, too, had taken a roll. The service was a bit slow. The snacks arrived 15 minutes after the coffee which was cold by then. I don't recollect seeing any seating indoor. The sign outside states, "order you food, take the table number and food will be brought out to you". This can be a drawback if it is raining. The waiter told us that everything is prepared on site, including grinding the coffee beans and baking the scones.More
