Slow Roast is a regular coffee and breakfast stop ... usually after a cycle ride . The coffee is great and the health breakfast with yogurt berries and roasted nuts is unbeatable !Great service and relaxed vibe 😎More

By far the nicest coffee in town. I’d also suggest trying the salted caramel cheese cake, it is amazing too! Yum 😋

Hello Emmett, thank you for your great review. You may not know this but our Salted caramel cheesecake is baked on site in our very own bakery. We love what we do - we hope you can taste that...kindest regards

Nice little place to sit and have coffee and even something to nibble on. Always enjoy our time there, especially coming back from a cycle trip.

I didn't see any sign to say that you have to place your order indide, but other people told us we had to go and place our own order. There was a very slow queue, and eventually we placed our order, but were not asked...where we were sitting. So the staff come out and go from table to table carrying the drinks etc, asking who ordered what. As there was a large group of people there, you would think that they would be a lot more organised in taking and serving orders. My tea was medium warm, but the gluten free cake made up for everything!!!More

Morning coffee lived up to their motto 'life is too short for bad coffee'. The roast their own blend, bake their own cakes and provide a quiet spot in the day. Went back a few times even though other options were available. If you want...a good cup of quality coffee, look no further.More

We stopped for coffee only on a trip on the Garden Route but the sweet smell of fresh baking scones was irresistible. Three of us chose the scones and coffee while my wife went for a roll and tea. My sister and her husband loved...their scones, jam and cream. I found mine a bit dry. My wife loved her roll. I took a bite and wished I, too, had taken a roll. The service was a bit slow. The snacks arrived 15 minutes after the coffee which was cold by then. I don't recollect seeing any seating indoor. The sign outside states, "order you food, take the table number and food will be brought out to you". This can be a drawback if it is raining. The waiter told us that everything is prepared on site, including grinding the coffee beans and baking the scones.More

The three coffees available to purchase are excellent and difficult to choose between. My husband prefers the strongest blend while I prefer the lightest. The quiche is literally to die for and should be tried. My only problem is that I live too far away...and cannot have it often enough.More
