We had a single night at this fabulous place. The rooms are all-around excellent, with a well functioning espresso machine and milk frother, with complimentary espresso capsules and milk. The rooms are equipped with a nice bathtub and the room offers a great view. The...location is also great, very close to the wine tram. We had a 14-month old child with us and getting a baby cot was not an issue. The breakfast was delicious with superb coffee. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Highly recommended spot.More

Really enjoyed this place, relaxed vibe and friendly staff. Stylish, thought-trough decor and finishes. Had the fish taco's that were elevated with some great additions. Wish I could eat them with my hands as a fork could not get them into my mouth fast enough....I decided to spare the others guests that though. Hubby had pepper steak pie which was all a pie should be, flaky crust and stuffed with goodness! Would come back again!More

We enjoyed having lunch and a few cocktails at this restaurant, very clean and modern. We had great service and the food is reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend this place.

Had a really enjoying tasting menu last night. The tuna and lamb dishes were particularly good, sincere compliments to Chef. Dyllan who reserved our table and served us was particularly courteous and attentive to this "difficult customer". His colleagues came along to assist explaining some...of the dishes. It was only then that we found out that it was his first day here. He is a natural. Good selection of better quality wines by the glass. Thank you to all for a very good dining experience.More

Hi Me and my family are so addicted to Le Petit Manoir in Franchhoek. From luxury accomodation, to a beautiful deli and delicious foods. Amazing owners that have a passion and love for people and what they present to the table. Open for Breakfast Lunch...and Dinner. One of my favourites places in Franschhoek for sure.More

We had dinner here during our stay in Franschhoek. Le Petit M was recommended by our host but sadly it failed to deliver. I know the hospitality trade has had it tough in the area while tourist numbers are down so I do hope we...just had a bad day. However, we did later find out that the chef might have left on the day we dined there - hopefully they will find a solution and get back to the levels described in the other reviews. We did the tasting menu - essentially a three course meal with bread and pre-starter. The main course was really poor - smoke tomato risotto was way too sweet, while the pistachio parfait for dessert was fake food coloured green with no pistachio flavour at all. The wine paring wine didn't arrive in time for the dessert so we had to send it back. We didn't make too much of a fuss and in the end the restaurant only took off one the value of one glass of wine of the bill. Service was fine generally but I do think they might have been impacted with the loss of staff in the kitchen given what we later found out. Hopefully they will turn it around as it nice little spot in town.More
