And a journey it was! My wife(Executive Cheff) and I like to think we are foodies. And do Fine dining as often as possible. And I can say this was one of my top 5 to date. The service is brilliant. The staff is well...trained, and present the food as good as it gets. We did the Chefs Journey, and will recommend this to any fine dining lovers. Thx guy's & girls! It was stunning!More

We had an amazing dinner at Le Coin on New Year's day. The combination of flavours was amazing e.g. the duck was juicy; the cheese I ordered to end the meal was not a typical cheese board but a wonderful combination of cheese and condiments...that was unexpected and flavorful. The sommelier went out of his way to differentiate our mocktails, given that we had tried a couple already through the dinner. Service was also fantastic throughout the dinner. Probably the best restaurants on our trip so far.More

Over the years, we have been to Le Coin Francais numerous times. One of the most difficult things for a restaurant to achieve is to consistently please. Never have we been disappointed. Well done to the team behind this achievement!

I went for lunch with my friends at Le Coin Francais and loved every element of our experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, able to explain every element on our plates. The wines were perfectly paired with the focus on the wines of this...valley (very appropriately so). The atmosphere was romantic and elegant - would be a beautiful restaurant to dine at for dinner. We all had the Chef's Journey tasting menu and we loved every moment of it. It really does take you on a culinary journey as the Chefs promise. Thank you Le Coin Francais for an amazing experience!More

Exceptional Molecular Gastronomy in South Africa! Absolutely brilliant and creative dishes a real 5 star experience. Service was exceptional. Wine list was fabulous. But the daring flavor combinations was the highlight. Cannot fault this extraordinary gastronomic experience.

Had an unforgettable post lockdown dinner at Le Coin Français. The journey menu is a MUST when you find yourself in Franschhoek and dining at this beautiful restaurant. The wine pairing is meticulously paired with every dish. Can’t wait for our next visit.
