So.... For the first time I wanted to try something new... And ask my boyfriend to stop at the zebro in Jeffrey's Bay at mentors plaza. Asked to order the quarter with the 3 side salads and chips.... And the 6 piece chicken wings (...the cashier asked me to order the normal ones as the one I wanted will be a mission to prepare and will take long) and I said no thanks I'll stick with my order. And wanted a Russian and chips.... After paying and being asked what salads I would like I picked my 3 salads ( old and dry looks a week old) but paid for it and wanted salad. She took out a big container and wanted to dish all 3 salads in one dish. I asked he to please do them in individual containers as I dont want it mixed. She replied that it's not how it's done and I said I will cancel my order if it's not in 3 containers ( AS ADVERTISED) and she just turned around and asked a lady to give me my money back. Not trying to help me in any way or assist me with 3 containers as I asked. I said okay well then I will be canceling my order and leave thank you. They gave my money back and told me to have a nice day. This is pathetic. Why advertise something and then do it differently. Why not go the extra mile and help the client. So I have to drive all the way back home without my meal and unsatisfied. I would like the to know why this is tolerated. Old food and false advertising. Not being able to complain online or Facebook.More

The staff at Zebro's are just amazing no matter what you order they are quick and help full and always friendly. The food is good nothing special the chicken is very tasty with prices also on the cheap side so a good place to just...go if you want to vary a bit from the ordinary fast food.More

We have visited here on a number of occasions on our way from PE to George. The food is always tasty and the staff is always friendly. I was however disappointed at the state of the bathrooms. I do believe that the cleanliness of the...bathrooms is a good indication as to the cleanliness of the kitchen. The bathrooms were in a shoddy state. They really need to give this urgent attention.More
