Excellent food. Great service. Very, very sad to hear the Market will no longer carry "Crispy Crab Cakes".

We visit the area each summer and just love our time in NH.  This time we took the opportunity to do a date night and try something new.  It was a great experience as we were able to visit the market before it closed at...5 to pick up some goodies including their cider donuts and then headed to a nice dinner on the patio. Be sure to make a reservation for dinner, we saw people being turned away!  Our server was nice and checked on us frequently making the dinner flow nicely but not rushed.  The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the creativity and freshness.  We had the stuffed dates, tomato ricotta pie, and then for entrees we had the Pan Roasted Duck Breast and a seafood pasta special.  I don't think there is a bad pick on the menu, it all looked great so it was hard to choose. Of note as well, we sat on the patio so can't offer much on the atmosphere inside.  The patio is by the main road but it wasn't overly loud for my taste.  Can saw the cover is great though as we had rain but didn't get wet at all.  They also have heaters so don't fear taking at seat out there, it's really nice.  The bar list offering is good for wine, beer, and cocktails. Would love to go back when we are in the area!More

Food was delicious. Every dish struck home - we especially liked the mushroom soup special. You can't go wrong with the house drink - the cidertini. We also scored a seat on the patio which was perfect in August. Our server Dora was extremely attentive....One thing to note is while there are ciders on draft and cans, they don't make their own (or if they did they didn't feature it, which would be weird). But really enjoyable meal and we'd go back anytime.More

This time we only visited tge store, not the restaurant. Great little store with lots of variety in gourmet items. Take & bake freezer! Fresh & hot, the Ham-Gruyere-Apple handpie is a must have and the apple cider donuts are the best anywhere!

We were all hard pressed to remember a dessert that we liked better than the White Mountain Cider Company's Cider Donut. Several very tasty cider donuts were served with vanilla ice cream and a caramel sauce that just worked on every level. We will go...back to this restaurant for this alone! I had the Pan Roasted Duck with Asian Noodle Salad. It was quite good, with the sauce tying in the flavors nicely. My wife enjoyed the Scallops, and my son liked his Burger. Two complaints kept this review from 5 stars. First, although our server was pleasant, the service was incredibly slow. It took us over 3 hours to get from being seated to getting our check, and the first contact by our server took over 15 minutes. Our drink order took another 15 minutes. I know that we are in a middle of a labor shortage, but even for these times that was a bit much. Second, we ordered the cheese plate appetizer expecting a variety of local NH and VT cheeses. We were disappointed with the fact that there were some unimpressive Italian cheeses mixed in. Why go international when the local cheese is so good? Otherwise a great experience.More

We stumbled upon the White Mountain Cider Company where we had a beautifully cooked steak dressed with gorgonzola cheese sauce and the most delicious potato cake. As well as that, we had a scallop plate that was better than any we have had before, and...we live on Cape Cod! Just when we thought our meal couldn't get better, we saw that in the dessert card was warm cider donuts with ice cream and warm homemade caramel sauce. We will be back in the morning for more donuts. Thank you to Rich who served us and made our night special.More

One of the best meals of our 12-day tour of New England. Great ambiance, tables well separated, friendly and efficient service, and excellent food. My wife raved over her Porcini Dusted Chicken (great mushroom flavor), and my Pan Roasted Duck Breast came with a very...unique plum sauce and Asian sesame noodle salad that was unlike anything I'd ever seen paired with duck. I'm sorry we were only in the area for one day, because White Mountain Cider Company is a place we would have gone back to.More

STRONGLY recommended. This place is fabulous and crowded. Make a reservation. The chef is amazing and will surprise you. Service is exceptional! Very professional, wish we had something like it at home.

While staying in Glen, we visited this market twice and ate dinner in the restaurant. There are so many excellent items to share, I will start with the olives. They are available in the market and served warm in the restaurant. The apple cider donuts...are delicious and the scones are some of the best we have ever had! The market also has great rotisserie chicken and salads for a take out dinner. For dinner in the restaurant, I had the duck. It was the best meal I had during our 3 week visit to New England. Service was excellent. Don't miss this place!More
