I was dining alone & got seated right in front of the kitchen glass open to the chefs preparing the dumplings & hand sliced noodles. I ordered hot & sour soup, spicy cucumbers, bok choy & hand cut noodles. All were delicious, the meal was...filling, I had left overs for lunch the next day & (by Vegas standards) the price was reasonable. I’d be happy to eat here again.More

Oh my goodness this place was amazing, the handmade noodles were so good we both said we have to come back. The Mongolian beef stir fry and kung pao chicken were incredibly flavorful and worth every penny. It is a bit spendy $75 for the...2 entrees and an appetizer and tip but that’s what you expect to pay in Vegas when you eat out. We will be returning at some point during our stay.More

Best restaurant at Sahara. Good selection and fresh. Compared to the rest of the restaurants at Sahara resort, this is the best option. Clean.

This was the best meal we had on our Vegas trip. My husband had Mongolian Beef Stir Fry and the chicken wonton soup, and I had the DanDan noodles. They make their noodles fresh and you can taste it. The spice was spot on, we...even took the leftovers to eat cold. The service was great too. This is a hidden gem for sure.More

We spent the day on a bus tour to the Grand Canyon and when we got back decided to just chill in our room, and ordered dinner for pick up. My wife picked the Mongolian stir fry for me and it was great, until I...bit into the hottest spice of my sixty five years. I couldn’t quench the fire in my mouth and only had beers and water to try and cool it down. Nothing worked. I even tried hand soap to no avail! Took a half hour before my tears stopped flowing and I could see straight. Meanwhile, my wife picked through the remainder of my stir fry, removing bits of whatever hellfire was put in there. Why? I have no idea why anyone would think that a funny thing to do. I ate the rest of it cold, and it still tasted very good. Thanks for nothing Noodles.More

We liked the food, but like everything else in Las Vegas now it was on the expensive side. The noodles were freshly made and you can taste the difference.

My favorite restaurant in Sahara Hotel. Very flavorful food. I loved their soups. Good service. Wide selection, in comparison to Italian restaurant. And reasonably priced. We ate there 3 times, and Chinese food is normally not our favorite cuisine even.

The food was simply amazing, from starters to the main course. I still think about the Dan Dan noodles and the honey walnut shrimps! The ambience was chic and the staff were all friendly. The service was quick. We definitely enjoyed our meal here.

This restaurant is open late, so after the 7:30 pm Magic Mike I had to try the hand made, hand stretched noodles that are made every hour. We had the Pork & Chive pan fried dumpling - very tasty, thin noodle wrapping but good. We...got the Kung Pao Chicken Stir Fry because that or the Mongolian Beef Stir Fry are the only two dishes that they can adjust the spice level. I go the not spicy version, and it was not. It came with red and green bell peppers, peanuts, and knife sliced noodles. It was a little salty from the sauce, but I am someone who uses low salt soy sauce and no salt in my cooking. The Stir Fry was not the huge serving you get in local Chinese restaurants that lasts for dinner and one or two lunches, but enough to share for a snack or enough for one without left overs which you can't heat up in a hotel anyways. We enjoyed the snack, and it was worth a stop.More

Visited at SAHARA whilst on a week holiday recently. Wish I’d found it sooner so I could’ve come back. I had the Mongolian Beef Noodles and would definitely recommend.

Went to the Noodle den as a last minute meal before a show, and we were so glad we did. The staff were all very kind and genuine. We had a limited time to eat prior to a show and they expedited every dish. The...atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. The dishes we ate were all delicious. The dumplings flavors were authentic and fresh. The duck was crispy and perfectly cooked. The pork belly noodle was delicious. The service was excellent, made the experience even better.More
