Came here for lunch, I definitely could tell they were short staffed because the wait was long for just about everything. Food was okay, service okay. Can’t recommend. The view was nice though!

Owned by Bass Pro and in the Brando Landing. Would expect better quality food. The jalapeño cornbread was very dry and stale. After ordering a light lunch at 2 pm ( very few people here) the order took 45 min. That was for two salads...with chicken (over cooked and dry) and a bowl of clam chowder. Would not recommend.More

The food was ok, my husband had the trout and it wasn’t fabulous, I had the chicken and it was pretty good. The skillet jalapeño cornbread was tasty. The service was pretty bad though. I know with covid everyone is scrambling but even when they...came to our table they were hurried and indifferent.More

just went to Branson 2 weeks ago. Decided to eat at White River Fish house and it was a great choice. The atmosphere is rustic with lots of fishing gear as decor. Built out over the River its a beautiful view so ask to be...seated by water. The food is delicious, especially the warm cornbread brought to table in a cast iron skillet. We had the Mai Mai with shrimp and lobster sauce on top.( Islamorada Portofino) It came with steamed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes. It was very good and we highly recommend. Can't wait for our next visit to Branson. We will definitely be stopping at White River Fish HouseMore

This was a bit of a letdown for us. The location is great - on the water and next to Branson Landing. However, the food was a disappointment. We both had catfish and it was more breading than fish. For a fish house, I believe...the only options were catfish and trout. We were also looking forward to some blackberry cobbler but they didn't have any, so we opted for peach cobbler. Service was average and well below most other restaurants we were at in Branson.More

Nice variety of fish and other entrees. The food is delicious. We love to sit at our table and watch the boats on the lake. Peaceful surroundings. Hope is a great waitress.

Overall, great dinner! Great location and view. Food was good. Maybe a little pricey, but we are in Branson. Waitress was very good, but you could tell restaurant was hurting for help. I would recommend!

4 to eat. 2 had nice large portions of “fish & chips”, 1 had slightly over cooked all you can eat shrimp but the fries were great. 1 had the Jenny Mission chicken. The chicken looked like a minuscule piece of chicken but ended up...being more than it appeared. FANTASTIC white gravy over mashed potatoes. Could have licked the plate. Server was attentive and nice. Great view of River. Priced as expected in a tourist spot.More

I had Islamorada Mahi mahi. it was moist and firm, white river salad was delightful. my Cosmo was ok, not skilled bartender. our very rude waitress thumped all cocktails down, wet and dripping, on our menus... three down cornbread without so much as a word....classless, old waitress. too bad we felt we had to leave a tip. she truly ruined our dinner with out of state friends.More

The iron skillet cornbread was good but it went downhill from there. Food was pricey, barely warm with service slow (chalked up to COVID). Fish tacos were barely warm and not very tasty.
