My daughter choose this restaurant because it has been around for so many years with its original decor. The staff was very friendly. Very small, but held the number of patrons comfortably. Did not expect to get such a wonderful seafood restaurant in the middle...More

Great food, and hospitality. Comeback sauce lives up to the hype. Highly recommend if you’re looking for genuinely good food in Jackson.

Visited by travelers and frequented by locals is always a good indicator of a restaurant to eat at. We weren't disappointed by the Mayflower Cafe. Old timey interior and terrific food. The whole broiled flounder with colbert sauce was sublime! Worth a visit.

very good food, the bread pudding is awesome, the location at night is a little spooky but they have a security guard there and the food was worth the trip.

Having only dined in one place in Jackson, it is difficult to make a comparison to others. That said, when compared to establishments visited on this road trip, would rate their food as average. Should one have food allergies, it would be necessary to check...More

Per Food Network: As the oldest operating restaurant in the capital city, the classic, Greek-inspired seafood and steak menu has been passed down through the Kountouris family from generation to generation.
