Co-owned by Morgan Freeman, this blues venue is located in Clarksdale. The entertainment is first class and the food was very good. It was friendly, with lots of customers and great music.

I have been here a couple times and I have not been disappointed at the music or the pub style food. Check the listings to see if a band or musician of your liking is in town- I’ll often YouTube the bands to check them...More

There are two “must do” venues in Clarksdale - Ground Zero and Red’s. And if you do nothing else, go to Clarksdale and go here. Great live blues, delta food, and cold drinks. Service is a bit slow, but you’re in Mississippi so take your...More

Birthday treat and requests for the birthday girl. Looks like the mayor is a joint owner as he was busy pressing palms. Great atmosphere and well recomended

The night we attended the scheduled band was unable to perform. They made a quick substitution and BOY was he great! If you ever get the chance to hear Lucious Spiller make sure you go.

As other reviewers have noted, Ground Zero is a restaurant with a blues stage, not really a blues club per se (though the artwork and design does a good job of evoking that theme). We were there on a Thursday "open mike" night -- apparently...More
