Fast and friendly!

Came here before hitting the Soo Locks, and it was busy. However, the staff was super friendly and efficient, and knocked out our order in no time. Food was good and our order was all correct. Would return here next time we hit the Locks!

Excellent salads

Having a fresh salad is always a treat and this Wendy's did not disappoint. We particularly enjoy the new taco salad as well as the apple pecan.

Stopped for frostys after dinner on the canadian side. The employees were super friendly which may have bumped it up a notch from average, but the frosty machine was really pumping out some soupy ice cream tonight.

Very fresh salads

Typical Wendy's but there salads are extremely fresh. They get a little mixed up when you want to order a plain hamburger, not in a meal, tho.

very nice eating area, especially the fireplace. of course wendy''s has excellent fast food fare, but the coffee is what count's in my book and it was just as good as McDonald's in my opinion.

Very friendly

Every staff member we passed was very friendly and spoke to us. It was just a pit stop on our journey, but a memorable friendly one. The food was good and hot, the order accurate.

50 cent frostys

My mother, sisters & I drove through to get the 50 cent frostys. They were good, just the right size for a snack- and thick, you really need to use a spoon rather than a straw.

Convenient

I was dropping off my daughter at Lake Superior State College and we decided to do the daddy daughter lunch. This was convenient, clean, and an opportunity to give her a lay of the land. Food service was great and good tasting. I am sure she will be here a lot.

Great Wendy's

I like Wendy's. They have good chili and sandwiches. The coffee is free and the service is great. They have a cod sandwich which is good if you want fish. They have good salads. Recently remodeled to modern look. They serve breakfast now, the sausage biscuit is good.

Great Food

Our Wendy's really does a great job with the food. I like the new pop machine in the lobby. You can mix your own pop to your taste. They are always spot on with the food. It's a model for Wendy's everywhere for the food. The service is very friendly and pretty consistent. They might be a little slow if very busy but that is common in our town at the fast food places. However, again I would rather have great food that have it be fast and bad. We go often. Never have regrets.

Great Customer Service

Great customer service here- apparently the heat was off and the day I choice to stop by and eat was terribling cold-the space heaters could not keep up. The food and coupon values were terriffic and if I'm back to the soo, we will stop in again.

It seems like this place is going downhill. When customers go through the line at lunch time, one would expect HOT fries. The employees treat you like you are bothering you. The last time I went was August, and I would go at least once a week. It's a shame.

I had a salad and it was just what I wanted. I like Wendy's very much for fast food they have some options which are pretty good. But I wouldn't want to eat there every day.
