We went here for the first time and were glad we found this hidden gem. Great beer/drinks and great food. For a small town, this place is doing things right. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stopped in on a cool autumn night for dinner. It was a weeknight so we were seated right away. They have a large selection of food, but we opted for the basket dinners which were very good. They also have a...brewery there that I like.More

We came in for late dinner and got seated quickly, the place was really busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was really good. We got a burger, nachos, panini, and cheese curds. All the food was great. The pizzas looked really...good, next time. The beer was good and they have a full bar. The prices were fair as well. There was a DJ that started while we were there. We were very happy to see that the staff made him keep the sound at a manageable level. Street parking is free and was easy to find.More

My wife and I have been here multiple times over the last several years and I've been with other folks quite a few times as well so it was kind of a disappointing evening as we are normally pleased with everything. Not last night, a...February Monday. My wife ordered a Tito's Vodka & Tonic and despite sending it back one the tonic was not good at all, either time. She finally had them add cranberry juice, which made the drink better but not what she had ordered to start. I had a couple of their draft beers, both of which were good. Besides the tonic issue, when we got our food, our waiter asked if we minded sharing silverware as they apparently ran out. Not sure how that happens on any night but a Monday? I guess the trivia contest had them tapped out on silverware. When the one setting of silverware was delivered by the waiter, which was several minutes after our food arrived, he did not bring me a napkin, and it took me asking another time before I got one. In the waiter's defense, he seemed to be having issues getting his drinks to his tables as we noted him explaining that the bartender was very busy to others, besides my wife and I. Fortunately the food was good, which it normally is, but the other situation dominated the experience, hence the three stars, which some would have marked as two or one if they had never been before.More

My wife and I ate here two nights in a row. Yesterday just the two of us, today with our extended family of 8 plus another table of 7 friends. Manager Sharon went out of her way to accommodate us on a busy Thursday night....Attentive service both nights. I had an excellent fish and chips (huge serving with 10 pieces of beer battered fish) and my wife the chicken panini. Recommend both. Tonight, people enjoyed the veg pizza, lettuce wrap (my wife raved about this), ribs, pulled pork sandwich, burger, and buffalo chicken salad (very hot!). For the amount of food that comes it's a great value. Very good craft beers from Charlotte Brewing. Eaton Place is next door and also comes highly recommended. They have created a nice kid's menu as well. Our grandson had a great mac and cheese meal for cheaper than McD's. I know there are mixed reviews but we had two nights of excellent service and great meals. We'll be back!More

I travel quite a bit and have accepted the challenge to visit as many 'Small Batch' or Craft Breweries as I can. Google pointed me to 'The Eaton Pub and Grill' also listed as 'The Charlotte Brewing Co.' Yes, it was a Saturday evening, and...they appeared busy as there were people waiting at the Hostess Station. We waited...and waited, and waited more, as waitstaff simply passed by the standing, potential patrons. None paid any attention to any of us. After asking others whether they had signed in with the hostess, the reply was "No, we haven't been recognized by anyone"....two small groups then left. A 'flight' of Charlotte Brewing's offerings were good and selected food was good. This appears to be a small town family eatery which happens to serve small-batch product. Several family groups with small children dining in. No brewing hardware nor people to chat about their brewing accomplishments. Simply not what I was accustom to.More

Ate here 3 x in August. Time 1. Ordered nachos. Specified onion allergy. Informed me no onion in meat. Shared meal. Had a med size group. Took forever to get food. Could not eat it. Onion in meat. Waitress was scarce everyone was starved so...blew it off. 2nd time burger. Was not impressed. 3rd time pizza. Crust was burnt, otherwise good. Waitress here are not very friendly. Food was not worth price. Portions for salads were skimpy. Dont plan to visit again.More

My utensils had old food on them, and the chips I had for my appetizer were really stale. The waitress didn’t check on us between giving us the appetizer and the main food so I didn’t get new chips to eat while I waited. The...waitress was nice and did bring new ones when I got the chance to ask though. My boyfriend had chicken wings and I had the BLT and they were both very good.More

Had a great meal, and some really good beer. Not exactly your average Bar & Grill, but close enough. Food was great, and the service is excellent. A really down to earth, local town eatery.
