Regarding the service is was excellent. Food quality is good and everyone is very friendly and ready a assist. Thank you for a wonderful well spend day. Would recommend this restaurant for family outings or visits anytime.

Jings, you can't get better anywhere!!!! Steak egg and chips for about R60.00 mid-week. And always divine and the lovliest wee waitress ever! My pal and I now go as often as we can. Love it.

The Palms Pub and Grill looks a bit rough and unkempt on the outside, however, their food is very good and reasonably priced.Great place to eat

Will never try again to give this place another chance. Have to drive all the way out on a dark road to get there. Nice band played with great songs. Place was not full for a Sat night. Not once did a waitress come and...ask if we wanted something to eat. Had to get up 3 times to go and ask for a menu or some assistence. Finally someone took our starter order, brought the food and informed us that she will leaving because she only has 1 table to serve???? This was 19:30. We waited for ever again for a waitress and finally stood up again to go and find one. Asked her to come and take our order but never showed her face. Only when we asked for the bill she was there in a rush??? Place is dirty also behind the bar shelves are hanging and everything full of dust. Toilets floor are full of water. Inside the tent area are lots of non smoking notices but all the smokers ignored this and the place was filled with smoke. Had to ask the manager to please attend to this as they can get a hectic fine for allowing this to happen. Well needless to say after the terrible service we got up and drove the 6 km back to Kuilsriver in the rain to get a decent meal at Bossa Soneike and they didnt dissapoint us, great food and service. I give Palms another year before they close there doors. Will defn not recommend anyone to go there.More

We took our family and friends for fathers day and my birthday for lunch on 16th June 2019. The service was horific. Food was awefull. Terrible experience, no service and will sell you a drink before closing time and inform you to finish in 5 minutes as they need to close. Not worth hard earned money.

Overall “look at feel” of the venue is not great. Ample parking. Cleanliness needs a bit of attention, specially the tables which are sticky to the touch. Acceptable for a no-frills casual visit and average meal.
