Drive thru staff was friendly. Food was pricer than back home, but everything was hot and tasty. It’s the only one for miles, would definitely recommend to passerby.

wanted a quick bite to eat after arriving to Kellogg around 9PM. Food matched typical McDonalds standard. Freshly made. Hot. Personable service. But accuracy of the order @ Drive-Thru not so good. Check your order before driving off into the sunset!

On a snowy day, with no customers...the restaurant had to bake the biscuits for my breakfast sandwich. They did apologize.

We just stopped at the newly remodeled store. Was hugely disappointed at the new look. The historical photos are gone.

This place was disgusting. I used the restrooms before ordering,and changed my mind after. We don't ask for much, just a clean place.

This is a McDonald's I have eaten at over 40 times; however, never again! When I drive I-90 I have used this as a break stop nearly every time I travel through. I always use the washroom first, then place my order and eat. I could not believe how dirty I found the washroom. Then when I did go to order I found the staff seemingly blind to the customers. When I stop, one reason is to get a "wake up" and "a feel good break." This time I found neither! Finally, I went back to the counter and mentioned that there was just cardboard from boxes on the floor where the staff walked. It was grease stained and dirty. I ask one of the more senior staff "What in the world has happened to this McDonald's?!?" Her response was that it had new owners and "a lot of changes have taken place." She did not seem happy with the changes, and neither did we. Since then I have gone through Kellogg, Idaho seven more times and I have passed it by, waiting until I stopped at the Post Falls, Idaho McDonald's restaurant. This makes me say, in that has me waiting about 45 to 60 minutes later. By then I am too much in need of a break. I hope someone will say something indicating the new owners realize that they need to make some POSITIVE changes. "Change," does not in and of itself make things better or the bottom line better.

Very much like you would expect for McDonalds. This was a nice quick stop for us a use of the bathroom and Ice cream cones .Staff was very friendly ,we asked about local sites and no one that worked there has apparently done anything anywhere ;)

The food was normal McD's and they are all the same selection but the counter person was very polite and helpful. I got something quick to eat and a little information/directions.

Nice service with good response to our order.

I can't believe I'm writing a fast food restaurant review but..............
When we stopped here, Kellogg had had an issue with its water so McDonald's couldn't serve any sodas and were substituting bottles of water with the meal deals. I'm not a pop drinker so that was okay, though my husband was a little disappointed. Other than that -- which only affected the place for two or three days -- it was a good dependable place to stop, in a hurry on the road. The staff was helpful and pleasant and parking was easy, even towing a trailer and the location is really quite pretty. I like the fairly new McDonald's Artisan Chicken Sandwich a lot!

Went here for breakfast before setting out on a road trip to the east coast. Staff was friendly, food was fast, coffee was made right, overall good.

Let me start with the good, the girl taking our order was sweet. Then it was slow, slow, slow. When our food did come, what poor prep. The cheese on my wife's fish sandwich was only half on. The patties on my cheese burger were barely stacked on one another. If you have to wait so long, you'd at least hope it was because they were taking extra care in preparing your food. Stay away from this one.

This was a stop along the drive, but not a stop we will make again. I understand that this is a McDonald's and it was mostly teenagers working there, but even for a McDonald's they were unprofessional. Breaks evidently were taken by pulling up a chair to the side of the counter where you go to order. As it was a very small place and the back area was full, we got to listen to the personal conversations taking place with the employees, especially with the one on break. When my husband asked about larger size orders of fries, the response was, you could get two orders of fries. Really??
