6/9/21; 1:24 PM; Well my wife was apprehensive when she saw the outside and ask me to check if they were open, and they were. Do Not let appearances fool you in restaurants or in life. We were greeted by the owner at the order...counter and decided on two Cuban sandwiches and sat down. The food was brought to us and at the first bite I was sold. Best Cuban I have ever eaten and I have eaten them in Miami. The owner came over to talk to us and we commented on how good the food was and how many locals were eating there. He is getting ready to move close by to a better location. They closed at 2:00 so check the times before you go..More

We had a great breakfast of here while visiting the mountains. You order as you enter the dining area and the food is brought to the table. There were many choices and the serving sizes were generous. The staff was polite and friendly. I would...love to visit this place again.More

Love everything for breakfast, but my two favorites are a breakfast burrito and the Cuban breakfast sandwich. Note: the Cuban breakfast is best when you are really hungry! Or, it could be split for lighter eaters.

So glad we stopped by on our trip. Service was wonderful and the Cuban Tacos will change your life! Don't leave Ellijay without stopping by for breakfast or lunch.

We always prefer to eat where the locals eat, and in Ellijay, you can't go wrong at Country Corner Kitchen - although you may have a bit of a wait for all the locals lined up for their meal! Best biscuits I ever ate and...Tony called us "family" afar only two visits. My trashcan omelet was great. Hight recommended!More

They are the friendliest kindest people and the best quick breakfast in Ellijay! I love the breakfast tacos and they have fantastic biscuits. I can't wait to go back.

This is the local hole in the wall place we look for when traveling. One of the best omelettes I have ever had. My wife had biscuits and gravy, and said they were great.

I go to Ellijay twice a year and this is my first and last stop of each visit. Tony has the best biscuits in the world! I have never had better. Tony and his staff are super friendly and they treat you like family. Love...his food, cannot say I have ever had a bad meal there. This place is not to miss on your trip to Ellijay! Non touristy and this is where the locals eat so you know its good!More

This place sits on Hiway 5 South of Ellijay maybe 3 or 4 miles. It will be well worth your visit to go.; Outstanding breakfast! Owner and staff are top shelf. American, Latin and Cuban

We drove out of our way to eat breakfast here. Unfortunately by the time we arrived, breakfast was over. We ordered from the luncheon menu and the Cuban sandwiches were good, not outstanding, Ive had better in Miami, anywhere in Miami. My friends had the...meat plate and the tacos and they said both were excellent. So, food was good but good enough to drive out of your way, not sure. Maybe breakfast is, as Ive heard, better. BUT the most disappointing aspect of our visit was the attitude of the guy at the counter. We felt like he didnt even want to serve us. We were ignored until he was done doing all his chores and running around and then he was put off by the fact we didnt know how to use his cr card machine and just an all around bad attitude. If hes the owner, he needs to hire someone with a more pleasant attitude and if hes not the owner, fire this guy, hes either not happy working there or he doesnt like people. btw the place is a dump so dont expect any ambience.More
