Clean, friendly service, tasty food and plenty of it. That about sums it up! We enjoyed baby back ribs, smoked chicken, and rubbed ribs. Fall off the bone, smoky good and chewy ribs we had it all. Great BBQ beans, cole slaw, and corn bread...made it complete. Even gave us drinks to go.More

Just OK

The desk clerk at the motel recommended Sonny’s as we wanted something close. We were seated immediately and had very nice service from Alex. She brought our drinks immediately and had some suggestions on dinner. We ended up with order of wings which OK. We...are serious wings people and these were just average. We had the extra meat pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread and a side of delicious slaw, The pork was a large portion but perhaps a little dry. There was assorted sauces on the table. Sonny’s was close to motel which we wanted after driving all day. The best we can say is meats were just ok.More

great food

I ordered the sampler dinner and there was so much food I was able to eat the rest the next day for lunch. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole restaurant was clean and super relaxed

Yummy bbq

Split the sampler plate for our lunch. Ribs were excellent, fall off the bone type. Brisket very flavorful, pulled pork tender. Sweet bbq sauce was my favorite but there are 3 other sauces to choose from. Sweet baked potato was huge and the cinnamon butter...was THE best. Mac and cheese was only fair, corn bread was excellent only because of the cinnamon butter. Server was very pleasant and efficient, she knows her jobs and how to deliver service. And, she actually said, "God Bless" when she dropped off the meal..how sweet is that?More

Great break from the Interstate traffic

Teresa is the best server we’ve had all week while in Florida. The place was packed and she was very busy but she was helpful and kind. We ordered the Family Meal which is a ton of food. We have plenty to bring back to...the hotel for another meal. The BBQ is what you’d expect from a franchise spot.More

Great BB in a good laction

I have eaten at many Sonny's BBQ restaurants and this one is pretty good. Their selection is great and the server was very good. I especially enjoyed the food came out quick and was hot.

Dinner Disaster

Red Neck Eggrolls had NO PORK… Terrible service… Ordered a beer and took forever to get it. Not impressed by the food (Waitress informed us it was pre-made) Definitely won’t ever be back…. Disappointed and not worth the money spent.More

Disapppinted

Thursday evening and the place was empty with the exception of parked to go cars. Food was cold. Garlic Bread was chewy like it had been reheated but yet it was cold as well. Fries were cold and seemed old. Maybe this was a bad...night? The recent reviews from others seemed good so we thought this was a good choice. We were so Wrong.More

Excellent.

First time ever eating here and we will be back. The food was delicious, but the brisket was next level! Sides were great and the garlic bread was even good. Service was great too. Loved it.
