Took a group of 3 friends with us (total of 5) here for something different. Read the website many times before buying tickets. One one of the sites I SWEAR I saw something about this being more of a "mystery" style dinner theater and that...actors came around during intermission for you to interrogate them and "solve the murder" to win prizes for your table. This was not the case. We all kept waiting for the "murder" to happen. When we first arrived and had our "mug-shots" taken the camera person never said anything about "smile" or "mob-faces" or anything. All the sudden it was just a flash, no one was ready. Needless to say we didn't purchase the photos as we thought they were overpriced and not good. I understand things changed due to Covid and we were excited about the ordering from a menu instead of buffet. However, the food was sub-par. I had the Trio (one of the top picks) and the lasagna was cold and chicken was dry. Drinks are included and were very watered down. Online it stated you could pick your appetizer but that's not the case. Everyone gets the same thing. Mozz sticks and fried ravioli but don't expect much, it's only 1 piece per person at your table. Salads were very different sizes for each person and pre-plated. As another review stated, website says bread offered - there's no bread. Show started but the people around us just kept talking so it was very hard to hear from the back of the room. Many people left during intermission. We stuck it out but were very disgusted with the bathroom situations. The men's bathroom was very disgusting with very gross floors. The women's bathroom was so small you bumped into the next person in line while just trying to move around. I was really hoping for a fun night with the friends only to be disappointed with 3 hours or sub-par food and lac-luster comedy/acting. Am I crazy that I read the part of the murder-mystery?More

We're sorry you had us confused with another dinner show (Sleuths). Expectations play a huge part in the experience, and we didn't stand a chance based on your expectations. We do regret that the food didn't meet your personal taste preference and that you were...More

We enjoyed the venue itself. The wait staff was wonderful. That is where the positive review ends. The menu on-line, that we were expecting, is not the menu available. We had planned on the turkey dinner and the roast beef. We understood the buffet was...removed, due to Covid restrictions, but when you advertise your menu on-line it should be the same in the venue. We felt it was almost a bait and switch situation. The show was not good. We had visited in the past and the show was wonderful. This year's show was quite a disappointment. It was slap stick, not gangster as it was prior. We were return customers that feel as if our money was wasted. We will not return again.More

First, thanks for being a repeat offender. We do regret that you did not enjoy your visit this time, especially since a few of your issues are due to the changes we've had to make because of COVID regulations. Our staff is "in character" at...More

Like everyone else I really wanted to love this show. However, it was long and slow and I was bored while waiting for the show to really start. The food was average. There was a limited plot and singing. There were some periods that were...funny and worth the wait but overall it took too long to get things started and to end. Noticed people left during intermission. We stuck it out to the end. I also paid for VIP, really no need to pay extra. We got an extra drink and shot glasses to take home.More

Was excited to go given a 4+ star rating and was glad they had an intermission so we could leave. Food was ok but the show was so terrible it wasn't worth waiting for the dessert. Have seen better high school performances! expected way more...for such a high tourist area and very disappointed! It was mostly boring dialog and mediocre singing performances! Save your money and go to Medieval Times!More

They had us come at 6:15pm. We didn't leave until after 10pm. I was ready to leave by 7:30pm-8:00pm. Way to long to be there. Cast members were cute & funny. No Al Capone at Capone's Dinner Theater which I was disappointed & confused. Story...line needs a lot of help. We were confused for a bit on what was going on? Food was not good. Salad was warm & you could tell it was setting out for awhile. Main dish was bland & not very fresh. We did however love the cast. They were fun & energetic.More

I wanted to really love the experience. We had a group and paid over the phone separately. We were told there was a $4pp partial gratuity that could be paid at the time of booking or at the theater. Since it was referred to as...partial, I assumed a bill would be presented at the dinner conclusion and it would reflect this partial gratuity.. and we then would pay the entire amount. No. When we arrived they made us prepay before getting seated while the show had already began (we had been waiting in line since 6:40 as instructed). It made no sense as to why it wasn't just added at the time of payment. Food was hit or miss. Of our group of 12, all but 3 were happy. Dessert was not good, they should change that up. The show was entertaining for my 7 year old though he couldn't entirely follow the storyline (expected). For the adults of our group, show was slow, and not overly talented. Had a few laughs for sure though. We aren't drinkers, so the price was a bit high for the show and food you get. Was hoping a little more quality show and pasta not quite as mushy- but we love al dente pasta. Waiter was good. 👌 Overall.. I give 3.5 out of 5. Not great and worth multiple visits, but certainly a cute night out.More

This was a fun, romantic, entertaining event. The food and drinks were plentiful and service was top notch. Our only complaint was waiting in line for 30 minutes even with VIP reservations. This could be chalked up to Covid.

This was a disappointing experience all the way around. I’ve been to a lot of dinner theaters and the Capone show wasn’t good at all. The entertainment was supposed to be comedy but it wasn’t funny. Pretty much no one laughing throughout the evening. There’s...no theme to the show other than flapper costumes, some singing and dancing, and a lot of sexual innuendo. Definitely not a family friendly show. The food was lack luster and the service was average at best.More

If you’re very conservative I’d say no. If you would let your child watch prime time tv it should be fine.
