The food is amazing! They put just as much attention into the side dishes as they do the main entrees. Starting with the appetizer through the dessert, every item was excellent. In addition, The service is fantastic.
This restaurant is top notch. Obviously well managed and staffed with people who want the experience to be wonderful. Our waiter, Hicham, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The Chateau Briand with Lobster for two was cooked perfectly. We will be back!
Food. Excellent. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, Wagyu tenderloin at $12/oz. with Truffle butter sauce. My wife ordered regular tenderloin. Both medium rare. The steaks arrived perfectly made. The Wagyu steak shrinks less when prepared than the regular tenderloin. The Wagyu...is considerably more tender! My baked potato was large, fluffy and sliced with toppings added tableside. Tasty. Had a bottle of Amici Cab, it was great.
Now the rest. I have a very small appetite. I only had two very small bites from my steak less than 2 oz. Asked for my meal to be packaged. When I got home opened my box and found only the potato! We checked via phone with our guest and they had put it in her box with her entrée. So I lost my meal!
The food came with a serrated knife. You should not cut a very expensive steak with a serrated knife - it makes the "juices" run out. I asked the server for a non serrated knife. They did not have. Fortunately I was able to go out to my car and find my personalized folding non serrated steak knife made by Japanese sword makers. The table comes with Bordeaux wine glasses. The ones you use to drink the Cab. Others had ordered different wines that should be served with the appropriate glass but it looks like they don't have any. Bill came you were forced to agree to a 20% tip that goes on your card. I like to leave cash for the server because I don't trust management to give the server the entire tip. They don't allow that here. Why?More

We came here for a date night and it was spectacular! I had the 12 oz filet and my wife had the jumbo shrimp. My steak was exactly as ordered and the flavor was out of this world! The bacon cheddar mashed potatoes were delicious,...as was the salad and rolls that came with the entrees! We will definitely be back when we are in Florida again!More
We went to Charley’s Steakhouse to give it a try. From the outside it’s not what you expect inside. Very elegant and the food was absolutely amazing. It’s pricey for sure but it’s fine dining. The cauliflower side (17.00) which all sides are ala carte...was the best EVER! It was a whole head of cauliflower (plenty to share) with a cheese soufflé and baked bubbly cheese on top and it was fabulous! The picture looks like a twice baked potato but far from it. Their baked potato was as long as my shoe (not exaggerating here) and the steak (filet) will melt in your mouth. The calamari was so-so I expected it to be more on the tender side so I’ve had better but it was average. Wouldn’t order it again. Service was excellent and they even gave out mini hand sanitizer bottles. I got the smallest filet and my husband got the cheaper ribeye. I was shocked it came with a salad which had an olive vinaigrette dressing and was very good. Their cheese rolls were very good too.More
Unfortunately, we cannot comment on food quality as we never even got to place our order. We arrived on a Friday night around 9:15 and were seated immediately. Our waiter was at our table for drink orders within minutes. And then we sat.... until 9:40...without drinks, unable to locate our server and hadn’t even placed our food order yet. We paid for the drinks and left. We were the 3rd table in his section to do so within 10 minutes.More
Second time at Charley's. We really loved it our first time, about a year ago, we had a perfect dinner. We had been looking forward to our return to this steakhouse for a long time. But unfortunately, this time, not so great. The drinks were...good, ahi tuna app was very good, and we enjoyed the salad. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the waiter was in the weeds. But the $80 dry aged ribeye, ordered medium, came to the table black and blue rare. The porterhouse, ordered medium-rare, was medium. They recooked the same ribeye even though we were told they would cook a new one. It came back burnt- inedible. The porterhouse came back rare, and stringy. They offered to recook, but by then we were 90 minutes in. The best part of the meal was the enormous baked potato. It was perfect. Overall it was a terribly disappointing meal. The manager comped the $80 ribeye and two drinks, which was very nice. But, really and truly, we've had better steaks at Roadhouse and Longhorn. Maybe it was just an off night, but at that $$$$$, it's hard to reconcile.More
