Due to the COVID 19 restrictions, Woody's is only allowed to have Carry Out Food, Packaged Liquor and Beer, Cocktails TO GO! Live music has been suspended until further notice We are a local favorite thanks to our delicious food, "Old Florida" vibe, outstanding service and of course terrific views! We offer live music 5 days and week with two acts playing on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Karaoke is a great night to come to on Tuesdays! Disappointing, has turned into a money machine. Food okay , but not what it was.

Have been here previously and it was good. It has now expanded to take in valet parking , and does not have enough servers This meant service was on the slow side . The food was mainly fried stuff , but was okay, though prices...were on the expensive side for what it was. Its sited on the rivers edge so you are paying for that, but not so much the i 75 that is adjacent to it and very noisy. Between the valet parking and the 3 drink refills policy (The beakers being small and filled with ice so not a lot to start with ) before you are charged again , it has become a money machine so one feels ripped off. This does not encourage me to return any time soonMore

Not as Gluten friendly as it could be

Great atmosphere, service was good. Food was good, nothing great. Disappointed that not only did they not have a Gluten Free menu, their regular menu had no notations of what was GF. Our server had limited knowledge on what was safe to eat, only knowing...they offered a GF bun. I ended up getting the BBQ pulled pork nachos and hoped for the best. They were good. I’d go back again for the atmosphere but would probably call ahead to tt someone about the GF options.More

This is my go to restaurant which is half way between Tampa & Sarasota when I meet a friend. Food is very good with a great water view, always had a great experience, staff very friendly. Prices reasonable for amount of food. Also a plus...that it is so close to outlets!!!More

You must visit

We were met by a really friendly, helpful and polite waiter (Willie) who was attentive and informative. Of the four who ate there were 3 different main meals all of which were really really tasty. A fun place for music, food, and drinks.

We got lucky! The place was packed - possibly because of the really good cover band playing that evening - but we still got good seats at a counter on a pier overlooking a small marina and the main restaurant. We could watch the fishes...and listen to the music, which was not too loud thanks to the distance from the main restaurant. Our party had fish and chips and nachos. Both were good. As were the $5 margaritas. The nacho cheese was a bit on the cheap side.More

Full of Charm, Food good too

Met some friends for dinner. Had heard so much good about it. Our evening wasn't as sunny and was a little cooler, otherwise we probably enjoyed it more. However, we still did enjoy the music and our food was good. Great attentive server. This is...a bar food establishment but the scenary and the set up they have on the River is second to none. We would absolutely go back and think it would be a lot of fun when the weather is hot and people are dancingMore

Sunday lunch

Waterfront bar where boats can pull up and dock. Lots of fun - crowded but we were able to find a table (you find an empty table and take it - no hostess). We were there during the day and there was a band and...people were dancing and having fun. Good food and enjoyed the drinks. I would go again.More

Scenic lunch

Place was packed! Our server Toni U was fantastic. Friendly. & Sprised me w an amazing rice bowl. Thank you. Another server even stopped to help out. I like to see that!

Great service

The music was good (Electric Soul Therapy), so was the food (Caprese salad, pork BBQ sandwich, salmon BLT, key lime pie), vibe was good, and the server, Reece P., was excellent, A very enjoyable evening.
