I ordered online because I live out of state. Even during their busiest season, the owners went out of their way to get the food to me before Christmas! We got an apple pie, scones, a pasty, a quiche, tea, and cake. The food was...still very cold when it got to us (I think it was packaged in dry ice), and it tasted very fresh when reheated in the oven! I have been drinking PG Tips tea every day since receiving my order, and I wish that I hadn't eaten all of the food so quickly! If you live out of state and are hesitating about ordering, ORDER TODAY! The food is incredible, the customer service is exemplary, and it is a special treat to have authentic British food delivered right to your door!More

Bought sausage rolls, pack of two, for freezer, had them last night and they were awful, just a sausage with skin on wrapped in pastry, I couldn’t eat them at all, Really funny taste, I cannot comment on any other food .

Visited this establishment on Saturday. Always have the warmest greeting, lovely friendly knowledgeable staff. I ordered fish and chips to go, cooked to absolute perfection. They had a great selection of pies both sweet and savoury. Took about 10 home and they were eaten the...same day, gone..... whoosh! Absolutely delightful. Also took a fair bit of chocolate and crisps home. Plenty to choose from, and definitely worth the 50 minute drive. Highly recommendedMore

This place never fails to please. From opening the door, we are always greeted with a cheery “hello” The staff always go above and beyond with their customer service. We love the fish and chips, cooked to perfection every time. My husband is a true...Steak and Kidney pie man so he usually has that. The dining area always squeaky clean. We never ever leave without a bag full of goodies and English bread to take home. We absolutely love this place and well worth the extra drive past two other british stores on the way! 10/10 from our family every time!More

Our friends were visiting from London so we decided to take them to pick up dinner here. We had never been here ourselves but had heard excellent things about it. My wife and I loved it but more importantly the “experts” coming from 4000 miles...away loved their dinner. I had the large cod and chips (huge portion) while my wife had a steak pie. One of our friends had the sausage and the other haddock and chips. As you can see the menu has a wide variety of English specialties. The store also had a nice variety of English products for sale from baked beans, to marmite (no idea what that is 😉) to English chocolates. You can take out or dine in. If you enjoy English foods definitely check this place out.More

First impressions from the outside weren’t great, a strong smell of greasy fat from the fryer. Second impressions worse, ‘choose the pie you want from the fridge’ No gravy ‘we are closed most of next week (it was Saturday lunchtime)’ Pie was microwaved, steak inside...was very tough Chips overcooked Overall, 40 dollars wasted & so disappointed as we are on holiday over 3 weeks we wanted a break away from fried chicken & burgers .More

Nothing special to report here. Zero atmosphere. Strong frying oil odor. Very small selection of British goods for sale. Fish was decent but not anything to get excited about. Pricey. But very friendly guys working the counter. Not in any rush to return.More

Thanks for your review. Some of our UK groceries are not currently on display to make room for our large rage of Christmas items. As we are an (unique) open kitchen you do get more of a sense of what’s going on in the kitchen....More

I had the vegetable curry pie and my wife the steak, potato, onion and cheese pie. They were both delicious. Friendly service. The pies are refrigerated, as they prepare them beforehand, though not cooked, so that they can be served fresh in a reasonable time...(10-12 minutes). We will be back for pies again, as well as try the fish and chips and desserts. Seating is limited, but most of the service is takeout.More

Hii Dee, thank you for taking the time to post your comment , on well, what really was a non- event. And I really must agree with you, that we shouldn't of opened until we were fully operational, after a short vacation back to UK Our children are out there, and we just wanted to spend Christmas wiitb them ! As a small privately owned business, we made a bad call, we hope we that you will give us the opportunity to show you what you what we're really all about in the near future . However you felt it necessary to make a point on price comparisons to Publix and Walmart and I feel I should respond to this in particular. I trust you witnessed for yourself , that we offer at any one time over 600 different lines of grocery, and confectionary including: All major British chocolate , 3 types of frozen brtish sausages, 2 types of British or Irish bacon , Scottish smoked haddock , Scottish kippers, black and white pudding from Ireland , Seven different Mr Kipling products. Two types of English bread , English crumpets. The najority of the above cannot be found at supermarket stores The supermarkets I review on a weekly basis have maybe 5 percent of what we carry in our store , YES 5 % ! okay let's say 50% of our items might be a bit more expensive , than the mighty! With the spending power that they have , a few will be less too. Can I say Dee, that you really could have added this point to your review to have given your post some credibility . Come see us soon Kind regards , Derek Gibson
