Worst food experience ever. Our hamburger was burnt and tasted terrible. And I mean crunchy burnt! Each of us thought it as just one another until we compared notes on the sandwich and realized how bad it was. We got there after 10 pm and...by the time we let it was nearly closing time so it would have been too late to redo. The chicken tenders were good however.More

I really like the tavern double from one of my favorite Burger Joints. I was not thrilled to witness the understaffed location. It dismayed me to get a easy order long after it had been cooked. I understand that it was a Sunday and the...go getters were taking a well deserved day off. But add extra personnel as this establishment is right outside a major tourist destination. It will be crowded on a Sunday. So many travelers enjoy your delicious burgers. Step it up, hire more people, train them well, pay the well. Thank you for reading this.More

Won’t go back! Where to start?? Waitress took our drink orders (2 people).... got both wrong- my wife orders a white wine, she gets a red; I get a 24 oz beer and ordered a 16 oz. that’s why it was not one star:) Another...couple joins us so we need more silverware...which we get, but just one more napkin. Upon asking for one more, the waitress turns to the table behind us and grabs a roll of paper towels and plops it on our table. We order. Three were correct..... my burger was missing half the toppings! Had to flag waitress down. After a few mins she came over and I told her it looked like I was missing something...., after exclaiming”oh my yes”... she said she’d be back. I waited ..... the other three were almost finished and my toppings came, finally. Oh, and initially when the food came, a crispy black sweet potato fry was “featured” on top of my pile, actually looked like a crispy salamander. Not very good overall. My husband was craving a good burger so we went to Red Robin. We ordered a Shorty Onion Ring Stack for starters, they were wonderful, some of the best we've had. My husband ordered the Guacamole Burger with fries, he was pleased and said it...satisfied his craving. I ordered the Pub Mac and Cheese which came with a Caesar Salad, the salad was okay but the mac and cheese was very good. Our server, Cassie, was terrific, she took great care of us!More

The food was ok but our server was the absolute best Kyler. He had jokes for days and was very professional.

Red Robin states they are vegetarian friendly but they are definitely not gay friendly. A gay couple was refused service tonight for no reason other than being gay, there was no PDA there was no loudness Just a nice couple wanting to have a nice...dinner. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. It doesn’t matter if you’re gay straight person of color handicap everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. Shame on you, I will not be supporting or coming to your establishment again. I am hoping that those who need to see this will see this and educate the ignorant so this can once again be a family friendly establishment for all families.More
