Haven't had a better burger, or a beer for that matter in my whole life! I would definitely recommend it

Friendly man serving behind the bar, had the Grand Prix on and a guy with a guitar(who was brilliant) started singing some classic songs... was a great Sunday. Like I said in the title was only having one but stayed for four! Beer and wine...was really cheap too 🥂🍺👍 Only downside was the smoking inside but wouldn’t stop me from returningMore

Called in on the way back to our guest house, treated to a proper pub experience. Quite a novelty for the wife to have a holiday fag while sitting inside a pub, beer was good and the place was lively. Had a shock when an...indian looking woman who was very chatty (drunk) when we walked in told us in no uncertain terms that she effin hated white people. As a regular pub goers and drinkers in the UK we laughed it off and let the landlord chuck her out! Give it a try but avoid drunk people!More

Festive old worlde English Pub atmosphere and decor. Locals meet up here, which is always a good indication. Great variety of local craft beers and the best pizza ever!

This place is owned by an old school friend of mine and we popped in whilst on holiday to watch the football (well done for having the Spurs game on - much appreciated). It has a nice casual and relaxed atmosphere, service is good and...pretty much every seat in this bar has access to a TV screen which was a bonus. Beers are nice and cold too. Cheers!More

Briefly in Simon's Town and fancied a beer. Efficient service, good selection of beers on tap and bottled. Right in the Main Street so can't miss it. Didn't eat so cannot comment on the food.

Popped in for a few drinks and to see a singer. However within 5 minutes could not bear to be sitting in there any longer as the place was full of cigarette smoke. So we drank up quickly and left.

I called in here for a very quick pint on Christmas day. It was full of atmosphere and good spirit. The beer was good too.

Sturdy, no-frills, beer and grub waterfront pub. We were there on a quiet mid-week early evening and had a great time talking with the bartender. If you're visiting from the states be prepared for some serious second-hand smoke, but that's part of the pub experience...in South Africa.More
