This is a decent enough place to have good fish and chips. It's not superb by any means but certainly not bad.

We're English - we love fish & chips, our favourite being the Magpie in Whitby This place comes close. It's a small wooden takeaway & restaurant right on the harbour slipway. The fried hake was incredibly fresh & the batter superb & well seasoned The...More

I ordered Calamari tubes ( 300gms) with Chips. They were really awful It was mostly tentacles that tasted as they were scraped off the grill from past dishes. They were so fishy in taste and tasted of old oil and revolting. The tubes were tastier...More

Solid Fish and Chips that are easy on the wallet. Casual seaside atmosphere, not much afternoon sun as it's on the shaded side. Wait staff could use some training but quality and value fish and chips for sure. We'll be back.

This was a good choice for lunch on a day's drive along the Cape of Good Hope scenic route. The setting is delightful - big veranda overlooking a busy harbor. You know the fish you are about to eat was swimming there just hours before...More
