Perfect place to find fresh fish and look out of the Indian Ocean. Some times you have to wait a bit longer, but it is worth it. We spent a lot of time there when we stayed in Villa Mashariki up the road. They have...very tasty samosas too, friendly staff. Also a great base to kitesurf from.More

I had Chicken Teriyaki with chips and it was very delicous espascially the chips. It's a nice location at the beach. It was very windy but thats not the fault of the restaurant and we changed our table and we went inside. The server was...very friendly and fast. If you want good food, go there.More

From beginning to end everything was arranged perfect! ❤️ The location with the beach were the kids could run around, and play game. The tables set...un the shade, the space inside we could arrange more games, music, the food... The beautiful, professional staff... It couldnt have been better! Asante sana Mvureni for making a day to remember for small and big! ❤️More

What to say about this place... staff was attentive, which seems to be a rarity nowadays. Food was fresh and reasonably priced. View is the best of the entire restaurant. Just go here and take the seaplatter that you can easily share with 3 people....Super lovely lunch!More

We came late at night and they obviously ran out of food. I ordered octopus in curry sauce and parsley potatoes with salad, and they brought me few pieces of potatoes and ... rice. That was weird to say the least. I told waiter to...bring me salad and I don't really know how to eat rice with potatoes at the same time. So he brought me salad and ...started scraping rice of my plate. I am.not joking..he was actually standing next to me bended over my plate scraping rice into separate plate . Then I called him.back to try that octopus. It was pure rubber impossible.to eat. I had octopus in couple very local places for as little as 1$ . And it was the same story everytime : non edible. These guys pretend to be a touristy place where tourists who know good food have different demands . But they are still a little.dirty local place that charges 10 times more only because they are at the beach. I asked for my money back and here a real concert took place. First manager said ok, then another dude came and said that they can't give me back my money as i ate potatoes and salad. I said ok, substract the salad and give me my money back for that octopus. Then the second guy says ok, but the first changes his mind and said no. Anyway..If you want a good octopus go to Cocos. And remember local doesn't always mean good. In this case local means dirty, bad food, bad service, rude locals . Stay awayMore
