The restaurant has a fair menu - however we were focused on the oysters which did not disappoint. Service was a bit slow. It was, however, holiday season and the restaurant was fully booked. In all, a good experience.

Had a family dinner here as part of our Luderitz stopover. The portions are generous, tasty and really good value for money. Great selection and easily the best restaurant in the town

We went to Essenzeit twice. The first time we had waffles with caramel and chocolate sauce. The chocolate sauce was very bland. The second time we had pizza, which I can definitely recommend. Lovely view of the harbour from the restaurant!
