We were staying at Los Abrigados and arrived on Sat eve. We were told restaurants close early, so we hurried to Timos because it was convenient. Noting the very limited menu, we were really not sure what to expect. Great food! We enjoyed it so...much, we returned Sun. Night, because they were only open Fri-Sun. Small plates are very generous in size. We had the hummus plate, bruschetta and cheese plate. Also the eggplant lasagne. Maria, our waitress was delightful.More

We were late getting in and could tell they’re getting ready to close, but the server still got us seated and was very cordial even though it was almost closing time. Our food was delicious and quickly prepared and we did not feel rushed at...all. The bruschetta was delicious but all their food was very good. The environment was very romantic and would be a good place for a date.More

I had made a reservation at Timo last September for our group of 22 people for this April, and called back and wrote emails several times to manager Donald Segall to confirm our reservation and to work out details. However, THREE WEEKS before our scheduled...dinner, Donald sent me an apologetic email stating that as there was a wedding of which he had not been informed ( REALLY??) they could no longer honor our reservation! Apart from this being a very unacceptable business practice, this places us in a real bind now, with its being high season in Sedona and restaurants there generally being very difficult as it is with large groups. Be very wary when booking at Timo, as confirmed reservations ( and I have ours all in writing) apparently mean absolutely nothing.More

We had the salmon and it was wonderful. I would not have chosen Kale for the vegetable but it was very tasty the way they fixed it.

My wife and I were on our second visit to Sedona (visited in March 2018) and ate dinner here on Sunday, Feb. 17, 2019. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. The restaurant is up to date and comfortable. We split an order...of the meatball appetizer which was very good. My wife had the lemon chicken and I had the seared salmon. Both were very good, fresh and tasty. We had a bottle of Rodney Strong chardonnay wine which was very good for our food and at a reasonable price as were the food items. Our server was Eric and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the food and was attentive without being a pest. We would definitely eat here again and recommend you give it a try.More

We have summered in the Sedona area for several years but were not aware of this lovely establishment. The ambiance is ideal for causal or more formal attire, a must in this area. As with other reviews the menu is limited but there is something...for everyone. Fish, fowl, beef and vegetarian dishes all served beautifully. If you like French Onion soup this is the place for you. Salads were crisp, crunchy and generous. We were there on a very slow evening so our server "Jesus" was a one man band. Bar tending, serving and busing he did a great job taking care of us. Our only disappointment was the Tres Leche Cake, tasted more like Tiramisu.More

convenient when staying @ resort. Happy hour prices are good. Food was good. Wait staff could be a little more attentive.

We walked to Timo from our accomodations at Los Abrigados one Saturday night on a recent trip to Sedona. The ambiance was quite enchanting, with low lighting and live music guitarist playing at the front of the restaurant. Timo is kind of a tapas place,...with large and small plates on the menu and a decent selection of wines. We ordered the artisan cheese board and a bowl of the French Onion soup to start out, along with a bottle of wine. Our waiter Jarryd was efficient and funny. Our large plates were soon brought out to us. I had the Eggplant Lasagna with Italian Sausage, and my partner ordered the Filet Mignon. Both dishes were excellent! My piece of lasagna was so HUGE I could only eat half of it--and I have a very good appetite! Overall it was a very enjoyable evening. The guitar music was excellent, the food was delicious, and the service was attentive. We were surprised that the place was barely half full, and we were wondering why it wasn't packed. We would go back to Timo again in a heartbeat...More

This was a fairly good restaurant when we visited Sedona last year. All the interesting items have been eliminated from the menu, e.g., wonderful clam chowder and a great selection of steaks. It is now, basically, a bar menu and in-season on a weekend, it...was empty, probably because of the menu change. We left without ordering.More

When we went we dressed smart casual, for us that is what we considered fitting. I not a "jeans" type of person. However we did not see anything to say that jean's were or were not allowed.

I think it is 4 - 9 p.m. except for Monday and Tuesday. You can check with them. They do have a website at timocentral. Com would be the last part.
