This ice cream shop was very popular. The price was not expensive. However, the texture of the ice cream was too soft and it melted too quickly. We did not like the sambayon flavor or the chocolate flavor but the dulce de leche flavor was...More

Amazing, reasonably priced homemade gelato. You are able to taste flavours too. We ordered 1/2kg for 110 pesos. We thought it would be too much, but it was so good that It was easy to finish. You get to pick 3 flavours, we had dulce...More

Once we figured out how the system works - pay first, get a ticket and then you can order - we were introduced to a wonderful world of flavours. There were 4 types of dulce de leche alone. After several visits we had tried 12...More

We called in here for dessert after eating a large meat centred lunch at La Brigada, less than 50 metres away in the same street. A rustic sort of place that doesn’t look as though it has been refurbished since Nonna was a young lady...More

Tried Mate first time here. 100 pesos including a bag tea, mate cup and straw, hot water, etc. Friendly boy without English. One of customer volunteered to help me how to make Mate properly. All body language but I could feel very warm!

we went there to have a authentic breakfast in Buenos Aires. Nice breakfast, very friendly service. After the breakfast we wanted an ice-cream. Smallest portion was a 250gr box of very tasty ice-cream.

No wonder Argentina has the best reputation for ice creams! AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS FLAVOURS - incl. Mate& gin! Really good quality. I found it to be much more unique than the chain-type parlour 'Iceland' on the main square Plaza Dorrego in San Telmo. Expect long queues...More

Great Italian gelato. So many flavours to choose from and if you ask nicely, they will help you decide by letting you try before you buy! Passion fruit was amazing, but the traditional dulce de leche is a must try.

Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San
Telmo is defined by the tango, the dance that made
Buenos Aires world-famous. Tango is a fusion of many
different cultures: a true child of immigration, much
like the city itself. Nowadays, it comes alive after
dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both
