About
The territory is, in fact, one of the biggest playfields of CHILA's cuisine, and over the years the restaurant has rather inadvertently created a unique map of Argentina's regions with each of Pedro Bargero's menus or chapters. This map takes the country for its climates rather than its geographical boundaries, and allows the earth, the minerals, the water, the plants and the proteins to enter the menus and dishes in new flavor compositions that create a sort of biome, one that goes beyond the food and becomes a whole with the wine, the service, the flatware and the music. In that ecosystem, an almond is as valuable as the most expensive caviar, and the sea and mountain can have the closest

I have been to many of the top restaurants in BsAs and so far, this is my favorite in terms of food. We did the tasting menu and I loved every single dish. The presentation from the beginning was impeccable --- they bring out a...box you have to open and there is a menu and a little snack. Then the fun begins....from cassava chip with beef tartare to trout sous-vide to scallop in green sauce. Wow! What I was most impressed by was how good the combination of flavors were....some I would never have thought of. For example, the raw oyster had melon oil and a little tiny melon ball, then there was grilled fresh anchovy filet with carrot sauce, and the trout sous-vide came with a strawberry ketchup. The flavors! The textures! All perfect! Definitely one of my favorite tasting menus in BsAs.More

We went to have a meal at the restaurant on a recent to Buenos Aires and what a great meal we had! The food was exceptional quality - it was innovative using local produce and was delicious and perfect. The staff were extremely attentive without...being intrusive and their knowledge was exceptional! I hope one day to return and have another fantastic meal!More

Sophisticated fusion cuisine. Hard to pinpoint a style. Looks like European food, with Asian and Peruvian influence, with very local ingredients from different places of Argentina. A-la-carte and fixed steps-menu available. High quality drinks. Worth trying as many dishes as possible.

We had a fabulous evening at Chila! Everything was prefect - the atmosphere, service, food and wine paring! They also accommodated by gluten intolerance. We will definitely return.

The service was perfect. Our special wishes were accomodated without any problems. The food itself was very good and very creative and rather different than the steak you get everywhere else in Argentina.

With an amazing view we had experienced new flavors, Juan was our waiter and guided through the selection of dishes, also our sommelier Meli with the wines. Everything was impeccable. Hoping to visit them soon.

You could also get your hotel to make the reservations for you. I found this the easiest way to get reservations made.
