Friendly staff, absolutely beautiful grounds and cute dogs. The room was cute and the bed was comfortable. We were sad to only spend one night:( Definitely worth staying at.

Quiet, welcoming, clean and relaxing... excellent location in a beautiful area. Close to the town of Worcester but far enough away to feel you can ‘switch off’... breakfast was outstanding. Very good value. Will definitely stay again... (Top Tip: don’t leave without buying a pizza braai... invented and designed by the owner. Absolutely genius braai-concept)

We stayed in the guesthouse on a Sunday. The restaurant wasn’t open but the breakfast was amazing.
If you have the great fortune of having a conversation with the owners, he has the most interesting stories to tell about his travels, guests, apartheid, the guesthouse, farming, wines and all!

Nice location and nice vibe. Food is really nice. Service was a bit slow at times, but generally good.

We visited Damas during a cold week night. We were a bit early and the restaurant was empty and quiet. They had a great fire going which warmed the restaurant nicely and created a cosy atmosphere. Soon the restaurant started filling up nicely. I had the burger special (2 burgers for R99.00 (very good)) and my daughter had steak, with my wife had a very tasty beef Schnitzel. All the meals were really pretty good. We shared a bottle of local sparkling wine at a reasonable price and had the ice cream wrapped in filo pastery & I think fried with a caramel sauce. This is heavan on a plate. The service was very good with friendly watron explaining some dishes in some detail. Good night spent in decent surroundings (fire makes all the difference), with prices which are not to expensive

Came to celebrate a birthday and the food was as always, brilliant. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection and could have been eaten with a fork alone.

Excellent food, true warm South African hospitality. My third visit here after having been referred by a local bike shop. Rooms comfy with all amenities. Helpful and responsive staff. Always my choice when transiting this area on the way to the Tonkwa Karoo.

Had the best steak of my life here. Out on the farm and really good food. Stayed over for one night and will definitely be returning. Everything you needs is onsite.

We spent a lovely evening on an outside (patio) table at Damas. We had steak (blue steak unknown) and was somewhat overcooked. We also had the calamari which was very good, but small portions. We ordered side orders of I think ostrich capachio and this was also very good. The watron we had was very considerate and tried her best, which was great and appreciated. The only point of concern was the high price we paid for rather small portions of food. If you wish to visit a restaurant in a well tendered farm setting, but do not mind paying the extra money, this might not be a poor choice. To be honest, you are spoiled for choice at similar restaurants around Worcester at better prices.

Reception area has too many entrances that can be confusing and is often unmanned. The owners and staff are most attentive once they have your attention. The food is consistently tasty and we'll prepared. The winelist is limited, I would have liked a greater option of wine per glass, as I am not much of alcohol consumer. I have enjoyed every meal during our ten day stay.

The food was really good and I will definitely recommend this place the ambiance of the place is also awesome. I gave it a 5 star because I am a fussy eater and my food were awesome. On the communication to guest they have to work on.

Damas has been part of Worcester's food landscape for quite a few years now and still serves good, honest South African meals. Perfect for a Sunday lunch outing
