From arrival to departure, the service was outstanding and the food great. For someone with mobility issues, the staff were very helpful and attentive. We celebrated an 80th birthday in style and it honestly felt like we were visiting family on the farm.
This unusual wonderful unique Restuarant it absolutely worth a try. Yesterday was our second visit. We celebrated Father's Day early and what an absolute treat. Due to the weather we were not seated outside under the beautiful autumn trees like we did on our first...visit, but rather inside the wine cellar which was perfect for the cold early winters day. And once again the food was perfection. The farm to table, family sharing concept is wonderful for a group and a special occasion. The food is plentiful, farm fresh, home grown and so tasty and the service is impeccable. I love that each week the menu changes due to the farms produce. Excellent food and service in a very tranquil farm environment. Had their three course lunch menu and it was a delight and a very nice stop on my way to Franschhoek. Highly recommend.

Lovely meal in a beautiful authentic farm setting .A set menu Reminiscent of alfresco Sunday lunches at home with the family. Honest ,seasonal food using home grown and locally sourced produce . I highly recommend this hidden gem .

if you want a place that is not your normal crowded wine tasting and restaurant, then this is perfect, excellent wine, and tasty well presented food, service is excellent set in a farm surrounding.

As close as your get to having the family lunch without being at your own home. Suzan and her team put on a great menu- although a limited menu there were no issues as the choices available catered for everyone .The Joostenburg wine complimented the...meal.
