Had lunch here with my girlfriend and we both really enjoyed the food. We couldn't sit outside due to the weather but we still had great views! I had eaten here one before about 3 years ago and wasn't disappointed in coming back at all!...More

Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Glen Carlou, overlooking the lovely Paarl and Franschhoek mountains. Good quality food prepared with care and served professionally. Our waitress had an impressive knowledge of the wine.

View over the valley towards Paarl Mountain Reserve over the vineyards in the valley. Smallish portions of good food at lunchtime only. Wine tasting in the same room. Bookings recommended, as gets busy in the season.

Since I don't eat fish/seafood and much cheese, I didn't have a lot of options but I ordered the Ravioli, which was very nice even with the cheese inside, nice combination of flavors :-) The deserts were so so good! Delicious!

Lovely views from the venue, food was average, service was average. Not bad but much better other restaurants in Paarl / Stellenbosch area.

You won't be disappointed. Great service, lovely food and a view over the mountains. Bought some of their Bordeaux blend and their excellent bubbles.
