The Patat is the only place to eat if you are staying at the Swartberg Country Manor. The Ostrich was as good as any beef steak I have eaten. It's only small and nothing fancy, but Patat is nice.

This is definitely off the beaten track but the chef is superb. Don't know here name, but as good as any meal on the trip. Great value! My first Ostrich steak was superb.

Very good food! Chef is excellent! Ostrick steaks at their best, but also got Fillet, braaied Lamb chops and roster koek which we haven't had in ages! Good value for money.
