Hi 88Diesel, your comment is appreciated, and your concern is welcome! upon investigation of this matter, our General Manager became personally involved in the issue. In fact he welcomed the guests, and was ignored. They then walked into our fish shop and asked for menus.
The general manager then showed them to to one of our sought after cabins on the parameter which was available. He advised them that a waiter would be with them shortly. They then shortly afterwards stood up to walk out. Our manager asked if everything was okay and they replied: YES! and left. Where and how the story of racism came in baffles us. Never the less, if that is how the customer felt, again we apologize. We are probably the most non racist restaurant or business one could get. We love and care for our people of South Africa, and stand for ONE Nation!
