Great food, excellent service and amazing views. A celebratory brunch was made very memorable. The food was outstanding and the Vegans and Vegetarians in our group could find something to order with ease. The disability precess was a little scary.

With indoor and outdoor seating overlooking vineyards and mountains, this cafe is perfect for a lazy Sunday brunch or lunch. Service is friendly and professional and the food tasty and prettily presented.

We loved "The Green Vine Eatery" from the very first day on. It's a pity to say that the quality of food and service is not the same anymore. The people are "to proud' and food and wine is overpriced.

I have never posted on tripadvisor and the shocking, non-existant service received at The Green Vine has prompted my first ever review. There is no service in this place, they do not care at all about their patrons and do not even bother to reply...to emails. Myself and a friend hosted our best friends Bridal shower here and from start to finish it was horrendous. We had no replies to NUMEROUS emails confirming if we even had a booking, then had no replies to requests on whether what we ordered was enough. One of us drove to the restaurant to check we even had a booking and then after more unanswered emails, we had to phone. The day arrived and one of us arrived early due to lack of service to that point, but nothing prepared us for how bad it was. Nothing was set up, we set our own tables, cleaned our own glasses and after advising the restaurant we were having a gin bar (they advised we needed to buy tonic from there), we had to go to the shops as there were only 20 tins for 33 people!! We cleared all own glasses, plates and platters, not a soul in sight. It has to be without a doubt, the most diabolical service I have ever encountered in my 41 years on this planet!!!! I have sent 2 emails, they could not even be bothered to reply, that is how little they care and as you can see from previous tripadvisor reviews, they dont even bother to answer any reviews. This is the worst, worst, worst place I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.More

Our old time favourite was a shock! Friendly staff, but NO management. Food was poor as well.. no liquor licence... soo much potential.. wasted..

We ate here for breakfast - which was ok. Given location would have been nice to have a range of fresh juices on offer, though cakes provided in a box as it was my birthday were delicious!

It is definitely a beautiful location and great view. But unfortunately the service, although friendly, was very poor. No one is greeting people, we were told we couldn't sit outside when we had specifically booked a table outside and then finally were given a table....No one brought a menu for ten minutes, then brought dirty glasses for the water. Food was only average and took a long time. Generally seemed disorganized and the bathrooms were a mess. It's a shame as there's a lot of potential with this venue.More

This restaurant has a great view and location. The bistro-style food was OK but not great, especially given the prices. The service was friendly but completely hopeless - we struggled to get served and to pay and the waiter’s answer to every question was “I’ll...need to go and ask”. I might give it a second chance but probably not. Puzzling that it is unlicensed.More
