After starters, my burger arrived - completely cold. No real effort to apologise. Waiting for a replacement really spoilt the whole tempo of our meal. Lousy evening. Restaurant is drafty, and the prices for wine and beer are steep.

We had great breakfast at Jonkershuis. Outside with great views, such a pity they don’t bring the umbrellas along the outside wall when the sun gets too hot. Enjoyable, relaxing and makes for a perfect morning.

Such a great restaurant to visit! Always a lovely experience sitting outside under the trees and having their incredible foods while sipping on a glass of wine from the valley. The Malay dishes and taster menus are superb with a great wine selection to boast....More

Had lazy Sat supper. Ravioli & bobotie. Very tasty & generous servings. Reasonable wine selection. Milk tart was superb. Service good, not very fast though. All reasonably priced.

Beautiful old restaurant in historic surroundings. The food and wine was enjoyable without faults. Not fine dining more bistro and the price reflects this. We had the beetroot starter and fish cakes, the rib eye was cooked perfectly and my husband enjoyed the line fish...More

The welcoming was underwhelming with the greeter pointing out where I couldn't sit. Try pointing out where I can sit! We ordered 4 drinks, 3 actually arrived, 2 were actually drinkable. I didn't eat but the food looked pretty good.
