I went here for breakfast and it was delicious! They have eggs on toast, traditional South African breakfast, and pastries, and it was a lovely way to spend a morning. I would highly recommend for a simple breakfast off the beaten path and away from the hubub. Just be aware that there's not much seating.

With past previous experiences, had another pleasant dining moment. Beautiful people. Good food and juices. Good for people watching, too. Thank you.

We can only vouch for a great take-away sandwich with avocado, some veggies and bacon. That was crisp, swiftly done and a great pick-up on the way to downtown. The spot on the corner of the street seemed to attract a lot of people for breakfast, too. Service was friendly and quick, which stood out during our SA trip.

If you are in De Waterkant village you will know this little venue. It's a place to meet friends and new friends for breakfast, coffee and cakes and light lunches. The staff are lovely and its inexpensive. Dogs are welcome too!

We went for freshly squeezed juices on a Saturday afternoon. It's admittedly small and could probably get cramped on a busy day but the hideaway location makes a welcoming difference. Parking is also a bit tricky so be prepared to drive around the block a few times.

We stay in De Waterkant and this is our pick of brunch spots in that suburb. I don't think it is a destination cafe if you are staying in another part of town, but if you are local, this is a great brunch choice. Maybe 10 outdoor tables and three inside, you can eat in sun or shade. The menu... More

We stayed in a self catering house in the Waterkant area just around the corner from this corner cafe, so had breakfast here twice. They have a nice varied menu with choices ranging from healthy options and omelettes to hearty sandwiches and yummy muffins. A selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices (loved the carrot, ginger and apple juice) and hot... More

Excellent fresh juices. A decent coffee (get the double shotted). Good omelettes (good choice too) and the muesli, yogurt combo combined with pleasant service - it's an excellent start to the day.

My spot to go when I don't want to think about where to go for a breakfast or a quick lunch. Fresh juices, good breakfast and most of the times a nice special for lunch. A mixture between locals and tourists. Best to be visited on a good day as inside seating is limited. The special nights with a small,... More
