The place has a fantastic vibe, food is delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive. This place is very central in Town, right next to the Aquarium. We will definitely be visiting Cooked again when we come back.

Overpriced and bad service Ordered a toasted cheese sandwich just fill the gap and that’s exactly what I got. A very plain, 2 slices of white bread toasted with cheese. No sides, no garnish, no salad. R75. Absolutely rip off. Very disappointed.More

Outstanding service and outsanding food. Children well looked after with a huge chicken schnitzel and fantastic milk shakes. Adults washed down a very good chicken souvlaki with a nice glass of white wine. The restaurant was located in the market so a good place to...wander around afterwards.More

My first time at COOKED, and it was simply amazing! Beautiful middle eastern cuisine, including falafels, hummus, chicken skewers and even amazing smoked salmon. I must also thank our waiter Malvern for his friendly, attentive and efficient service. Last, but not least, it was incredible...to see my favourite server from my home city, Lejana, as a new addition to their staff compliment! Cannot get enough of this place! We visited three times while on holiday in Cape Town. Every time it was delicious, fresh, generous portions for a great price. Lots of vegetarian options. Highly recommend! It can get busy (because it's so good) but if you...have the time to wait, you are in for a treat!More

Came here a couple of times on our recent visit to the Waterfront. The cake is so good I asked for the recipe! Delicious coffee served in Le Creuset mugs, very friendly service, highly recommended.

If your anywhere near the V&A waterfront and are looking for for great wholesome food and drink then do not hesitate to visit Cooked. The menu is varied and all dishes cooked freshly with something to suit everyone. The staff are all attentive and extremely...friendly….sure some work in the comedy club as well. This is a lovely cafe/restaurant situated in an artisan crafts mall within the V&A Waterfront. The coffees and lunch items we had here were great - well presented and tasty. Good value too. Recommended

Visited a couple of times for lunch whilst at the V&A and thoroughly enjoyed it! Food was delicious…I had the ‘Ultimate Falafel’ both times as it was so good. Freshly made and tasted great!

We just brought take out back to our room for lunch and we all three give it thumbs up. I had the chicken souvlaki sandwich. It was a generous portion and very tasty indeed. My husband had the falafel, also delicious and enough food for...2. My son had pulled meat sandwich which he said was delicious as well. Very good eats.More
