You can tell when a place is good if the locals eat there. We found a good spot and had a great breakfast. I had the breakfast roll which was good, but my wife had the French toast and that just awesome! Loved the service!

As I was staying in an AirBNB close by, I would try to stop for breakfast whenever I could. The staff was friendly, the food phenomenal and the coffee was excellent.

Had brunch there with the gf, and tried a few different things. It was all good, but the breakfast wrap was a particular pleasure. Get it. Crowd is mostly locals/students, and it has a good vibe. Would recommend, highly.
